Chapter 5

Dilemma

H.O.P.E- Have Only Positive Expectations.

I can feel the warm sun hitting my face. I groaned. It wasn't the warmness of the sun that woke me up it's my intense headache. It's like my head is being ripped apart and it hurts so bad. I covered my eyes from the sun ray.

I blindly search my pocket to feel if Talia's stick is still there and luckily it is. I opened my eyes slowly and let it focus on the big view. My shuttle is wrecked.

"Nebula?"

After few minutes of silence I know that I'm pretty much alone on where ever I am now. I reach for the door handle and push it just to find that it's stuck. I took the stick and transform it into a weapon. I jam the blade end in the side and pushed it. I tried pushing and slicing the door but no luck. The blade is too small.

I pulled the weapon but now it's also stuck. I pulled it with all my strength. My two foot are already stepping on the wall. I gritted my teeth."Come on just-" The weapon flew while I fell on my bottom. The weapon pierce through the roof but now it's a really long knife. I pulled it from the shuttle's roof flawlessly. I knew that instant that the blade is insanely sharp.

I point the blade to the door, what awaits me outside is the place I will be stuck in. I put down the blade.

Is this it? Alone, again. My mom forgot about me when my dad... died, the only chance that I can think of is getting into Command Camp but I was not chosen at the first entry so I took up Judo lessons to keep my mind out of the problems.

When they recruited new members, I just got to get in! I proved myself worthy to be in the Dragon Team. I message my mother everyday but she never answered back until I got tired and just message her when I feel like it.

I found new friends who always make me feel wanted but now they are not with me. This journey to find Ender made me appreciate small things even having a stolid, programed friend and a spider-crab pet but now... they are also not with me. Thank you faith!

I pressed a button on my dress and changed into my Cyber Titan straight suit. It's pure black with neon blue lines, it raises my agility, speed, and some senses. I tied my hair into a clean long braid that hung by my waist. I saw that the color of my suit run to the handle of Talia's knife. I guess this knife will probably keep me company at alot of times. "Until your with me how would you like to be mine? Just for the mean time?" I ask the knife, I point it to the door.

With all my strength I swing it over my head and slashed it through with no sweat. With a tiny zing the door is sliced in half and the sun broke in the shuttle. I covered my eyes, it's been months since I saw the bright sun.

I hop down the dirt. If Afina wasn't in a bad situation she would have found the place stunning. Thick and big rainforest leaves, tall and moist tree trunks, and insects buzzing. From the little droplets of water on the leaves, heavy and muddy ground, and the sun light that looks like lasers shooting out of the dark clouds she knows that it just rained. A glass ear muffet covered her ears and she heard a little twitching sound. "Ma…madame."

Afina gasp happily, she felt relief. "Thank god! Nebula R and D my location please." There was a long silence that Afina felt alittle scared thinking that she's in a planet that might be inhabited by dinosaurs or blue people riding dinosaurs (She saw that in a movie.).

"Sorry madame but this place is out of grid and a dead end." She stated. "Can you atleast send a message to the command center?" I ask Nebula R and D. She loaded and showed a sign with 3 battery lines but the red light is in the lowest line. "I'm sorry madame but I can not from our location, I do not know where to fly of to." Fly off to?

The emergency disk sender, it means we are to far or even no where. "We need a higher ground, right?" I ask. "Yes madame." I turn 360 degree but no high ground but the tree, I don't think that will work.

I climed my shuttle and raised my arm. "Any signal Nebula?" I ask.

"No madame." I let my arm fall from frustration. No! I am not giving up! Not until I find him! As my sight goes up a view of a mountain appeared to me. It's huge and I'll need to walk a little further to reach it.

I hop down the shuttle. I scavaged everything I can in the shuttle and went in the forest.
