SABRINA'S POV

I slowly opened my eyes as my vision starts to adjust with the little light creeping into my window. What time is it? I really had a wonderful sleep. I shifted position to the side to look at the time and found it's just 6:05 am. I quickly got up, brushed my teeth and combed my hair. Then I went straight down stairs.

"Mom? Dad?" I called out but nobody answered. The house is really quiet. Wonder where could they be-- note sarcasm. i made my way to the kitchen to look for something to eat since I can already feel my stomach growling.

I opened the fridge and found no delicious microwavable food stored for me so instead i took a carton of orange juice. I turned around and saw a little note placed on the counter

Hi pumpkin, I guess I don't have to explain where we're going. I bet before you could read this, you already know where your dad and i went. Anyways honey, remember what I told you last night okay? Don't stress about things, just let it flow. Have a nice day sweetie, take care. We love you.

Mom and Dad

I must admit even though I'm not happy with the whole 'we're gone again' idea, mom's words made me smile. I placed the note back where I got it and when I was about to walk out of the kitchen, i saw my favorite junk food, pringles. 

I took the pringles and made my way to the living room. Usually, mom won't let me eat junk foods this early but since their not here, LIBERTY for me so I sat down the couch and turned on the t.v. 

 There's nothing really good aired until I turned to disney channel. They're airing Phineas and Ferb. I so love that show even though I'm 17, I just can't get enough of it. Sometimes, i even sing in chorus with the characters.

I looked at the clock and found it's already 7:00. I have to get ready for school so I went to the bathroom and took a nice shower. 

After drying myself up, I went to my room to grab some clothes. I was making my way upstairs when I tripped and hurt my precious little toe "Shit!" I exclaimed to myself as i jumped up and down in pain. "Classic wimpy Sabrina" i said to myself. When I got inside my bedroom, I opened my closet and searched through my clothes. Sometimes, being a girl is a lot of work especially when you're the student body president, you have to look presentable everytime.

"What to wear? What to wear?" i chant to myself. 

Finally, after a decade of search, okay I maybe a little exaggerated,I finally know what to wear. I've decided to look simple today and went for a yellow blouse tucked into my perfectly fitted jeans, paired with a cute leather belt and a flat shoes. I didn't do anything with my hair except to combed it. I also put on a light shade of lip stick and didn't bother to put any mascara and eyeliner today.

I was looking in the mirror when I heard a car honking outside. I took a peek in my window and saw an unfamiliar vehicle parked in front of my house. The honking didn't stop so I quickly grabbed my bag and went down stairs straight to the door to see who it was. 

I got out of my house when the owner of the car hopped outside as well.

"Avan?" my voice was a little strain. What's he doing here?
