This is only a two man band. Everything you hear is done solely by Tyler and Josh, the two members of the band (I'm excluding production team etc. on this: I only mean the "live performance" on stage band). Tyler is on the right and Josh is on the left. Although there are many others of the crew who are essential to the creation of twenty one pilots, especially in live shows, these are the only two people who is "part of the band" or you will see on stage. Tyler and Josh have said before however they are willing to have a third band member in the future, possibly.
Tyler Robert Joseph (age 27 - as of before his birthday 2016-, born December 1st) is the singer and producer of the band. He writes the songs as well as produces them and plays multiple instruments- examples are: piano, ukulele, bass, accordion, and key-tar.
Joshua Dun (age 28 -as of after his birthday 2016-, born June 18th) is the drummer of the band. He also can play the trumpet and has done so at concerts.
Both members are from Columbus, Ohio, although Josh currently lives in his house in California.
