Zurk would never agree to anything that his father, mother and siblings had put forward each time they met as a family. He remembered that when his father had decided to create mankind, everyone else had agreed, except him.
"Father, you can't!"
"Yes, I can Zurk, and I will. I feel creative today, and besides, I want to create them to be like us, you know? It'll be fun!"
"What would happen then if they would turn their backs on you? What would you say if you only created them to worship us? What would you say to that then?"
"Nothing at all. What would make them turn against us in the first place? Would I simply create them to worship us? They can do what they like, right? They will have the freedom to worship us if they like, however, they must not kill each other for whatever reason. If it happens, whomever will have led them to commit such an act will be punished severely! Do you understand, Zurk? They are to live like we do, in complete harmony and love."
"If you want them to live like we do, then so be it, father, but remember that I have warned you." Zurk then left the room angered at the very prospect that his father had decided to create the people and had not changed his mind. He had then sat back and watched as his father set the first man and woman on the earth, blessing them and providing for them as he would to the animals, and remembering what his father had warned him against, an evil plot crept up in his mind.
"You will regret what you've done, father. This I swear."
In time, Agnark had realised that mankind had become evil and had turned their backs on them and had also refused to acknowledge their presence even in their lives. This angered him very much, and he vowed to destroy the very people that he had created. When the Holy Court met again, his proposal was again met with opposition from Zurk.
"I warned you about creating these people father, so don't blame me if your plan failed. You can see what freedom did to them. They've become evil!"
"Yes, I can see that. They have broken my heart, and I shall have no choice but to destroy them, or else things will go out of hand! Unless, what if someone had planned this eventual breakdown of the people against us? Do any of you have an idea of who could have done this hateful thing to us?"
"No, father. I was here the whole time you had created them, so no. Besides, who else exists before us? We are the only ones here, and you had warned them not to take each other's life as they are doing right now." Frey put in.
"Bothtil?" he asked.
"No, father." Bothtil answered.
Agnark looked around at his family as he thought about what had happened that made his creation behave as it did. Suddenly, he remembered that one member of his family had not been present when he had curved the first human. He turned and faced Zurk, before pointing a finger at his direction.
"Zurk, it was you! You are the one who led my creation into evil! You led them to turn against me and us as a family!"
