Jacuquees P.O.V.

I watched her walk away over to the other side of the dance studio , she took  her hair out of the bun it was in and watched her hair fall past her shoulders, she was doing something on her phone completely oblivious to everyone looking at her

"I bet y'all she'll go on a date with me tonight " I said. I had just came up with a way to get her to go out with me

" bet she won't " they said at the same time again

" yea aight , watch this " I walked over to her smirkin a lil bit. I watched her scroll through her phone ,  I stood there for a lil minute takin in her features. She was actually really short with a bangin ass body just the way i liked em'.

" Is there something i can help you with " she said still looking down at her phone .

"Actually you can , you should come to dinner with me tonight "

She looked up at her phone and then back at me

"no thank you  " was all I got..no explanation or nothin

"why not"

"I don't want to ...not that I need a reason " she was still looking down at her phone . This thing was was startin to get on my nerves so I jacked it out her hands

"HEY, give me my phone back!" she yelled

" not until you say you'll go on a date with me" She must've heard the seriousness in my voice because her  face changed

" fine " 

I watched her for a second that shit was too easy shawty must think I'm stupid or slow

"nah, ill keep this until tonight , to make sho yo lil ass come , " I looked at my watch and it read 5:30 " be ready by 7, ill have a car sent to your house " I said and winked at her and walk away over to nicia and jay who was laughing at us

" that was a bold move ...are you really gunna keep her phone though" jay asked me

"yea if I don't then she wont show up " i said I looked at nicia who was smirking and shaking her head "can you give me her address nicia"  i asked her . She looked at me before she took my phone and typed her address in.

"if you hurt my best friend que, ill have you killed and trust me I can definitely make that happen and nobody would know except me , you & God",  im not gon' lie She scared me a little when she said that but I got this shit. I felt someone bump shoulders and saw alexis standing next me fuming. I looked at her with a big smile on my face and I she looked me and her eyes had changed colors she was so mad

" I hate you rodricquez"

"hmmm, tell me how you really feel " i said biting bottom lip

Her whole demeanor changed and her face changed. I saw a lil bit of lust in her eyes and they changed from that green back to that soft hazel brown. Right then and there i could've did somethin serious to this girl if we wasn't around all these people in this dance studio looking at me like that

" good bye rodricquez" she said and walked away to get her stuff

" see you later , beautiful "

Nicia P.O.V.

"So, you wanna explain to me why you don't wanna go out with que or pretending like you don't  ,?" i asked her

"i just don't want to , i don't wanna be bothered period to be honest" she said slinging her tote over her shoulders

"Alexis you and i both know that if you didn't really wanna go out with that man you would've just TAKEN your phone from him. So try that with someone else " i told her
