Chapter 61: Unproductivity

After everything that happen here in the Philippines, I decided to go to New York again but without my players. I set a date for them to go here. I am still on a 2-year leave of my career. Then after that I'll be signing a new contract again.

To update you on my family, my mom and dad are using their money to tour again. They are always on tour. After circling Europe, they are now on an Asian tour. They are at Thailand now.

Ate Jo is hitting bigtime on her company. She had her worth of P300M and still counting. The company is a dealer of iPhone and Samsung cases. This company is a sister company of both companies mentioned. Our company is manufacturing to about 5 million sales every 2 weeks.

Ate Diane is with her flowershop. She has now 10 more branches across Manila and Calabarzon Area. Her worth is now P2.8M approximately and still counting.

Ate Angel is growing her dress shop, with 5 branches Luzon areas and 3 branches Visayan areas. Her worth is P2.1M and still counting.

As for me, I have no cash earnings now. I am resting my voice for my upcoming breakout concert. The concert will be January 27 of the next 4 years. For now, REST.

I texted my friends. Only Austin answered. He too is on a leave. He is preparing for his massive concert at the Madison Square Gardens the next two years. I am really proud of my brother.

Austin: nothin' special bro. Just gettin' pretty good with Becky G the past months.

Ako: wow. Are you on?

Austin: well definitely brother. Eversince me and Selena broke up, I just waited for another moment and then here she is, Becky G. You? How are you?

Moving on. Me and Austin talked about things.

Ako: i thought you and Becky G are love birds? Why are you even here?

Austin: you know Josh. We, men, love to play. So I'm just playing with her.

Then Austin drink and drink liquor. I'm just listening to what he is saying.

Ako: enough bro. You're heavily drunk.

Austin: don't make me stop Josh. I invited you here not to listen to my stories but to drink.

He gave me a cup of liquor and do what he says. Then eventually, cameras clicking and buzzing and we are taped.

Ako: bro, we need to go home. I'm driving you to my house.

He is not speaking.

Then I drove his car to my house.

Then I park his car over our garage, then I ask for help for my guard in carrying Austin over to the guest room. He is really drunk heavily.

On the next day

Ako: austin? Are you up?

Austin: yup bro. I'll just finish what i am doing here.

Ako: don't hmmm you know!

Austin: haha. I'm not doing that on other houses. Haha.

Ako: breakfast is set here and after that you can go home

Austin: alrighty then.

He went out of the guest room then we eat our breakfast when SUDDENLY ...

My mom beeps my phone.

Ako: mom why?

Mom: What is this on the news?

Ako: news?

Mom: you are spotted on a bar with Austin while Austin is heavily drunk.

Ako: oh, I just go with him. Don't worry I don't drink.

Mom: well, what is the picture that you took a shot?

Ako: it's not true. I'm just holding the cup because Austin wants me to drink, well, he is heavily drunk so he don't care if I drink it or not.

Mom: are you sure?

Ako: ya mom. I'm not messing up here. Even though I am unproductive in financial but I am productive on following your rules.

Mom: alright. Just take good care. Love you.

Ako: love you too mom. :) regards to dad.

HANGS UP

Austin: you fooled me to have a drink last night.

Ako: haha bro. I don't drink. I just made it like drinking for you to stop insisting me to drink.

Austin: you're a good child. By the way, do you have a girlfriend now?

Ako: none. Haha

Austin: then find one. Haha. Thanks for the food by the way. And I'm going now. Thanks for the company.

Ako: not a problem.

Austin: next time, I'll make a hot scene on a bar.

Ako: fuck you. Haha. Don't mess up your career.

Austin: just kidding. Just going to let someone go down on me.

Then Austin left my home. He is weird these days.
