Chapter 66: Jimmy Kimmel

Mom: Josh. Have you seen your schedules? There are many lined up guestings for you and it will start the next two days.

Ako: wow. That's really awesome.

Mom: Jimmy Kimmel just called me and he wanted you to sing Heart Attack, Nightingale, Lucky to Have You and the latest of Demi Lovato, Cool for the Summer.

Ako: that is heavy. 4 songs. Wow.

Mom: actually, 4 songs and interview honey. I think, for all of your guestings as of now, this is bigtime. He paid me $7 million dollars. And that is really big. All of your guestings didn't go that high except for your concerts, but this is enormous.

Ako: what the heck! Ahm. I'll be rehearsing later at the music room. Okok.

Mom: sure honey. Grab your breakfast by the way.

Ako: yup.

By the way, I am now here at New York. I stayed here because comparing my house at Michigan and New York, my house here in New York has a big music room. I'll be texting my band for rehearsals.

To: Bandmates and Back up singers (not necessary to name them all)
Guys, I need you here at my house in New York. We need to rehearse for my guesting at Jimmy Kimmel the next two days. We need to rehearse today and tomorrow. 1PM be here. Take care and thanks by the way

I send the message and go downstairs and eat breakfast.

Staying at New York is me, my mom and dad only. My sister is busy with our company back in the Philippines as well as my two cousins with their businesses also.

While eating breakfast ...

Dad: Josh. Wanna fly to London on your birthday?

Ako: what the... Sure do. I always wanted to go there. I'll check my schedule if I had guestings that exact date. (Checks schedule) ohhh. I have a schedule the day before. I can't. Maybe October 2 will do.

Dad: sure sure.

Ako: I also wanna meet Harry Potter and the rest of the casts.

Dad: actually, that would be our gift for you.

Ako: oh geeeez. Im so excited.

End convo

My bandmates arrived a little earlier than the said time. So we rehearsed those 4 songs for Jimmy Kimmel's show.

This would be my third time guesting on that show and it feels like the first. I'm so nervous, excited and happy at this moment.

JIMMY KIMMEL SHOW

Jimmy: To sing his number one rendition hit of Demi Lovato's song, a song that topped the billboard hot 100 for 8 consecutive weeks and the song that made him win 5 grammy awards, Here is Josh Llamoso HEART ATTACK

Ako: I'm puttin my defenses up, cause I don't wanna fall in love, if I ever did that, I think I'd have a heart attttttacccckkkkk...

I sing the whole song definitely and woooahhh. I hit the high notes effortlessly now.

Basically, back to all of my guestings and concerts, when I sing Heart Attack it was super hard but now, I WAS LIKE WOAAAHHH. I DID IT CLEAN.

Wooohhoooo. First song rocks

After the heart attack song is some slight interview of what I am doing now, what else I'm gonna do the next days and where I am heading after the show.

Jimmy: Alright. After the break, Josh will give us his first ever composed song lucky to have you when we return.

I sang it really good. It really had so much impact to me. The song pertains to friends, families, supporters and fans and it is really awesome.

Jimmy: Wow. That's two songs coming from Josh. Now. His rendition of Demi's nightingale, here again Josh.
