•Saturday afternoon: 1:30 p.m.•

"Matt are you ready?!" I yelled from the kitchen.

"Yeah, I'm going," he said as he shut the door.

"I am not going out like this when you look nice," I said as he walked downstairs.

"We're going to get you something at the mall don't worry," Matt said as he grabbed the keys to the car.

"Woah! You want me to go to the mall like this?!" I said looking down and grabbing the joggers from the sides.

"We'll get you something at the mall! Don't worry," Matt said as he walked towards the front door.

"Oh gosh, I honestly hope I don't see anyone I know," I said as I walked behind him & closed the door behind me.

Matt unlocked the car for me to get in and took out his house key to lock the door.

"You'll be fine, and if you see someone you know then we'll dodge them no worries," Matt said laughing as he got in the car and turned it on.

"Okay, I just hope I'm not in this for too long," I said as Matt drove off.

We got to the mall and I honestly did not want to get out because of what I was wearing.

"Sam, come on, we could have gotten you something to wear already if we already went in!" Matt said trying to get me out of the car.

"Okay okay, let's go," I said as I got out of the car and shut the door.

We walked towards the mall and the first store I saw was PacSun thank god.

"Get what you need," Matt said as I looked around.

"I'll pay you back I swear," I said.

"Nope, this is on me," Matt said.

"Matthew, I'm not going to let you pay for this," I said looking at him.

"Samantha, I'm going to pay for it, now get the clothes you need," Matt said as he leaned against wall.

I decided not to argue over this but I'm going to end up paying him back some how.

I decided on getting a a Navy Cold Shoulder Long Sleeve Top with Bullhead Denim Co. Faded Blue High Rise Jeggings, which may I say, I love Bullhead jeans. Honestly best brand of jeans in my opinion.

Matt took the clothes from my hands the pointed to the shoe section of the store.

"Go on," he said.

"But Matt I don't wan-"

"Go, get the shoes you need for this and don't try to change my mind because I won't," Matt said as he walked over to the shoe area.

I decided to go with Vans Authentic Lo Pro Navy Canvas Sneakers mainly because it was one of the cheapest.

"Okay give me the shoes," Matt said as he walked over to me. I took off the shoes and handed them to him.

He walked over to the guy checking him out and when Matt was done paying he walked over to me and told me to go change into the clothes. I took the bag of clothes from him and went into the dressing room.

I changed into what Matt got me and put the hoodie, joggers, and wedges from last night into the PacSun bag. I tied my hair back in a high pony tail and walked out to see Matt on his phone.

"Okay, let's go now," I said as I walked in front of Matt.

"Well don't you look nice," Matt said as he put his phone in his pocket.

"Thanks to you," I laughed.

"You're welcome," Matt chuckled as we walked out of the store.

"Umm, let's go this way," Matt said grabbing my arm and turning me around to the other direction.

"Matt come on, we're going this way," I said laughing as I grabbed his hand and turned around.

"Sam I think we should go the other way," Matt said looking at me.

"Why do you wanna-" I was cut off as I bumped into someone.

"Oh my bad, I'm sorry abou-" I looked up to see it was Chase.

"Take that back I'm not sorry," I said stepping back and crossed my arms.

"Really Matt? Are you trying to get with Sam now that I'm not with her?" Chase said looking at Matt.

"Dude calm down, Im just tryin-"

"You don't have to explain yourself to him Matt, let's go," I said as I walked passed Chase.

I felt someone grab my wrist and pull me back, of course it was Chase.

"Could you let me go?!" I said looking up at Chase.

"You sure are looking really good right now," Chase said as he leaned in trying to kiss me.

"What the fuck! Back off!" I said as I pulled away and slapped him.

"Come on Sam, let's go," Matt said walking away and I followed behind.

"You know you're going to come back to me Samantha! You always do!" Chase yelled.

I just ignored him and rolled my eyes.

"I told you we should have walked the other way," Matt said.

"And I should have listened," I laughed a bit.

We stayed at the mall for about two hours then went to my house to get some clothes since Matt wanted me to stay with him till my mom and stepdad get home. We ended up going to the skatepark after which was fun. We went out for lunch then went back to his place to watch some movies and that was our day.
