I awoke with an annoying beeping sound next to me. Squinting my eyes open, I looked to the sound and my eyes widen when I saw the heart monitor. I sat up in bed and when I did, I groaned and clutched it. "Fucking bitch!"
Just then the door opened and in walked Doctor David, "Lenny, lay back down before you hurt yourself further." He said as he rushed over and pushed my shoulders down on the bed. I groaned, "Where am I?"
"You're in my house, Leena. Ravior and the boys had found you bleeding close to death and brought you here since the hospital was too far. By the time they brought you to the hospital, you would have been gone," he explained as he pulled a chair next to the bed and sat in it. "Do you remember anything, Lenny?"
I looked to him for a long time as he just stared back at me patiently. That's right, the boys were the new kids at school. "The last thing I remember was...being really angry with you, Teddy and Deanna," I softly said with a sigh. "I don't remember why I was angry though."
As I thought more about it, my head started to throb badly. I groaned and clutched it painfully. "It's okay. Don't think too hard," Doc nodded and wrote his notes down.
Looking back up at me he sadly smiled making me slightly confused, "I'm glad you're okay, Lenny. The boys will be ecstatic to hear the good news along with your grandparents."
With a deep sigh, I nodded my head. "How long have I been asleep for?"
"Three months."
I swear my eyes knocked right out of my eye sockets. Doc chuckled, "You missed a lot during those months, Lenny."
Slowly sitting up, he helped with my pillow as I leaned my back against it. "Like...what?" I asked, not really sure if I want to know or not.
"Well, your parents are back together and living happily. Ravior and Derek both got a long term girlfriend who you haven't met before. Alex and Xander are still Alex and Xander. Teddy's car shop is booming with more business than usual. Deanna opened her own flower shop to keep her mind off of worrying too much about you, as suggested by me."
I just gaped at him. "Wow..." Was all I could really say. Doc once again chuckled and nodded, "Yes, I know."
Just then, in barged in Alex and Xander. Immediately their eyes glazed with tears and rushed over to hug me, practically tackling me down to the bed. "You're alive!" Xander cried out as he hugged me tighter.
"We missed you so much, baby cake!" Alex cried right after.
"Okay. Boys! I cant breathe!" I hoarsely pleaded as they quickly got off.
I rolled to my side and tried to catch my breath. Looking to them, they both looked cutely at me. I couldn't help but smile and opened my arms out. "Come here bad boys!"
They again hugged me as I did the same with them, but a lot better and more lovable. "I missed you guys too," I whispered.
Pulling back, each of them held one of my hand. Alex looked at me with his cute puppy eyes, "I thought you were gone for sure, babe."
"Yeah, really. What were you doing, running in the woods in the middle of the night for?" Xander pouted.
I shrugged my shoulders, "Honestly, I don't remember at all. But I'm here now, right?" I looked between the two as they sadly smiled and hugged me again.
"Is she awake yet?" Asked a familiar voice.
Breaking away from the love, Ravior and Derek both stood at the entrance of the door and when they saw me, they were over their heads ecstatic. "Baby cake!" Both of them said in unison making me scowl at Derek.
