I cannot believe that you, as the reader have such low standards. Yes, you right there in front of the screen or physical copy, eyeing this very sentence, while quirking your eyebrow to see what point I am trying to get across. Well you're probably looking for a new perspective to enjoy reading, well you might not enjoy this chapter, but it's certainly new and different than the rest. Don't you understand? Just move on, it'll save you much more time. After all the main purpose I am writing this is to fill in space..
This story has everything checked off in the cliché clipboard, 1. Story about a bunch of low life teenagers/nerds, trust me they're just writing this for the prize. Clever? No, selfish? Yes, and hey I agree to this, as much as it ticks me off, there's a prize to gain at the end and I'm quite determined. If you are planning on reading this, please do not judge us for the poor grammar, I wasn't the best at English after all.
2. the story protagonists recommending you should not be reading this, due to the fact it is based off of their lives. In which I agree.. to an extent. I can't be too blunt after all, my colleagues will be reading this so I need to lay low.
3. The writing well..., this story has no plot except about how great was the latest video game or how they got beaten so badly in soccer. I might as well go dunk my own chapter into the trash bin.
Cynical? Arrogant? Bitter? And essentially rude? Yes that's me on horrible days, you see I'm quite two faced, which face you see depends on multiple factors throughout my day. I do have better days, where I'm a lot more...sympathetic? Respectful?? My moods now consist of "chill" or essentially "no chill at all", I may seem chill on the outside but I'm probably shrivelling up in anger or something. Maybe I'm too focused on my own needs and wants instead of paying attention to how others feel.
Eccentric and disrespectful ah yes the best words to describe me, well other than salty. You're probably getting this image of me, the typical school rebel or something along those premises. Let me tell you, I'm very well just like another nerd, I'm curious and I have great grades (ha I love how I'm gloating about myself to prove I have good qualities), and I'm also hardworking (Working hard and burning myself out is another way to let off steam, it's efficient, productive and helpful) Hey FYI, Just informing you that I'm just rambling to take up space and finally finish my part of the story! I'll start talking about the different characters or "protagonists" within this story.
So if you were to squint, I guess I'll be called the one anti-hero, cynical to most people in the story. Which is true, as in real life I am quite "salty" yes a term used for passive aggressive, bitter and mainly frustrated people. Instead of calling me by my real name, I'm referred to as "salty" or salt or NaCl or other terms used by them including, salt and vinegar.
It's not like I dislike everyone, I do get along with people whom listen to angry rants, so basically everyone that I hang out with. I enjoy the company of like-minded people, but I realized that I can't be bitter all the time as it spoils the mood of the whole group. So to let off steam, I usually put it towards doing homework, most times my hand writes/draws very fast to get that energy out of my system. Eventually I regret doing that, because my hands start cramping after an hour or two of intense writing. So I found new techniques to manage "saltiness" or bitterness, which include making horrid blunt jokes, or just blasting music through my ears until I can't hear. I guess all my anger is being converted into passion or determination, over long periods of time my anger has subsided to a tolerant level.
As for my friends, yes I enjoy their company but I feel like the excess yelling is unnecessary and rather deafening. We would have the protagonist trying to calm everything down, but to no avail getting them frustrated in the process. We would then have that one smug character causing trouble whether or not we are playing a game or something. Over to the right of the smug one, they will often argue and engage in an intellectual conversation. Then there's that one person whom no one listens to because the rest are too engaged in their own conversations, so to get their attention that person raises their voice. This leads to a change reaction of other people raising their voices while 8 conversations are happening simultaneously. And finally in the corner you have two non-participants, just ranting to each other how both of their days sucked. I suppose I'll fit in with the non-participants, which include the antagonist and the anti-hero.
At the end of the day, just think of my as that anti-hero that occasionally helps out the group of protagonists but ditches them when they start dying. Anyways my hand is starting cramp, later nerds.

So you met NaCl or salt (don't worry they will have a name soon). Anyway comment, vote, rant, enjoy!
