Chapter 12

I walked down the hallways to Josh's room and knocked on it, it soon opened with a pissed off looking Josh holding yet another bit of paper like the girls were

"I can explain" i said looking at him but he just slammed the door closed on me.

i sighed and walked back to my room and getting in bed and crying myself to sleep.

I woke up in the middle of the night, laying there thinking about whats happening playing my my I <3 LA lighter, i decided to get up and go down stairs to an office with my lighter still in hand to use it to see where i was going once i found an office i sat down on the floor and grabbed the phone and called Dakota since it would be day time back home.

"... please i really need to talk to you" i said to Dakota

"i cant right now" she said

"where are you going?" i asked

"im going to a party" she said

"Dak i just need some advice, something really bad has happened" i said

"look i have go, see you soon as, love you" she said and the line went dead

"great" i mummbled to myself as i kept playing with my lighter.

Suddenly i heard foot steps going into the kitchen of the school, i looked out the door of the office and saw Cassidy heading to the freezer but i knew she was going there for ice cream. I put my hand on my head and kept thinking of what i was going to do.

i lit my lighter and watched the flame move and i tilted it and i forgot i was sitting next to a curtain and the next second it cought on fire.

i started to panic and tried blowing it out

"shit shit shit" i said to myself and then on the desk was a shirt soi started to hit the flame on the curtain with it and lucky for me it went out.

i got up off the floor and started running back to my room and jumping back into bed.

i went back to sleep but then i was woken by the sound of shattering glass, i through the covers off me and walked over to the window next to my bed and looked out. Down stairs in the office were i was is on fire. I freaked out and ran around the room waking all the girls up

"EMILY wake up, wake up, i thought i put out, i didnt mean too oh my god" i said panicing and Emily ran to the window to look

"fucking hell Hayley you are a proper phyico"

 soon all the girls were up and i ran out the door and hit the fire alarm with my hockey stick and then ran down the hallway bashing on everyone doors to get them up.

Soon everyone was outside and the firemen were putting it out and Mrs Farro was calling out everyones names to see if everyone was here and safe.

"Hayley Williams?" she yelled

"here" i yelled back with my hand in the air

"Cassidy Webb?" she yelled but nobody replied

"shit she must be still in the frezzer" i mummbled

"Cassidy is in the freezer" i yelled and the ran back back towards the building

i ran through the kicked down door and ran through the smoke, the place was black and still hot with fire still alight in the back of the office, i got the freezer and sure enough the door was locked from the outside locking Cassidy in, i unlocked it and pulled Cassidy out and we both ran back outside coughing from the smoke we inhaled.

Once we were out firemen were guiding us to an ambulance officer to get checked out but we were both fine.

We were allowed back to our room an hour later and as i walked down the hallway girls were saying thank you for saving them which put a smile on my face but soon faded when i got pull to a side by Josh

"hey i belive this is yours" he said holding up my lighter that had been burnt a little from the fire

"can i ask why you tried to kill us? you could of killed ALL of us" he said

"i didn't mean to, i thought i stopped it, i swear!" i said

"look i dont understand i heard footsteps and then i put it out, i was just so upset about everything... i wish i hadn't of done it" i said

"i really wish you hadn't of done it too" he said and placed my lighter in my hand and walked away and i sighed.
