Walked into the school hall were i went the honour court and you guess it Jenna was there since she was the school's head girl along with a few other and Mrs Farro who sat up the front of the hall

"It is with great saddness we call the honour court into session" Jenna said

"It will be henced forth objectivily to what happened on that night" Jenna yelled and went on with some other crap

"Jenna please be seated now" Mrs Farro said

"May i remind you Jenna the honour court is NOT your personal grandstand and that Hayley has a right to speak for her defence of her judgement" Mrs Farro said

"thank you Mrs Farro" i said and i stood up from my chair

"I wont insult everybody trying to defend myself but for my actions" i said and stopped as i watch Emily, Cassidy and Kate walk into the room and take a seat

"i think its safe to say that i've really messed up and im sorry but im also so greatful to you all, i tried really hard to get out of this school and only now do i realised how much i want to stay, i have learnt so much from being here, being with all of you and in some ways being with my mum, who i found out who was actually a student here. I've had a hole in my heart for five years and some how being here has made it start to heal. I know i may have looked like your typical californa girl but i have discovered im really a St Mary's girl" i said

"OBJECTION" Jenna yelled standing up

"the court will disreguard that statement and start the real issue" she said

"Can you tell us  in your own words where were you on that night" she said to me

"really Jenna who elses words do you expect her to use?" Mrs Farro said to Jenna

"just leave it to me" Mrs Farro said

"Hayley were you in the cooks office on that night?" Mrs Farro asked

"yes i was" i said and then looked up at all the girls whispering something to everyone who was sitting in the room

"where you there with permission?" Mrs Farro said

"no i wasn't" i said

"did you intend on starting the fire?" Mrs Farro said

"not really" i said shaking my head

"OBJECTION" Jenna yelled

"dose the defendent mean yes or no?" Jenna said

"Jenna" Mrs Farro said 

"No it mean i didn't intend on starting it" i said

"was anyone else with you?" Mrs Farro said

"no" i said shaking my head "not as far as i know"

Suddenly Emily stood up

"i was" she said

and then Cassidy stood up

"i was" she said

and then Kate stood up

"i was" she said and then soon all the other girls in them room did the say

"OBJECTION STOP" Jenna said

"THIS IS REDICULOUS! what are you all doing? your lying, they are lying Mrs Farro" Jenna said

"this is a conspiracy, you cant expell the whole year they know that!" Jenna said and Mrs Farro hit her wooden mallet on her chair

"be quiet Jenna" Mrs Farro said starting to get angry at her

"sit down everyone" Mrs Farro said but Jenna stayed standing

"This is a black and white case, she has to be expelled" Jenna said pointing at me

"the girl set fire to the school indangering all of our lives, she walked in ther lighter at the ready and tried to burn the place down" Jenna said but was interruped by one of her 'side kicks'

"lighter? what lighter?" she said

"not now Jane" said Jenna

"what lighter Jenna" said her other 'side kick'

"geez charlotte how dumb can you be? that rediculous I

"how do you know that Jenna? nobody has mention a lighter?" Jane said

"what?" Jenna said shocked

"yes they have" Jenna said in a whisper

"no they havent" Jane said

"i have to second what Jane has said how did you know about that lighter Jenna?" Mrs Farro asked

"well.... i...i..." Jenna tried to answer

"Josh found the lighter before anyone saw it, how could you know unless you were there" i said

"i refuse to listen to this" Jenna said

"i had put it out and i heard foot steps, it must of been you, oh my god YOU restarted the fire didn't you!?" i said

"Jenna is this true?" Mrs Farro said

"of course not" Jenna said trying to defend herself

"It all makes sence now!" i said

Suddenly Jenna got up and walked over to me, i stood up and faced her

"YOUR NOTHING BUT A BITCH" Jenna yelled into my face

"you turned this whole school upside down, you have runied everything, you started it and i only finished what you started" she screamed

"JENNA MY OFFICE NOW" Mrs Farro yelled.
