"Ava come on we have to go" my mom yells, as i leave my room after I'm finished packing the last of my carry on bag, I realise the severity of the situation.
My life is about to change.
I'm going to the school of my dreams. Fandom High School. I not only get to meet some of my idols, I get to be taught by them. Troye Sivan is my principal. I can't seem to process this in my head. My homeroom teacher could be Tyler Oakley. I'm being taught so many types of music by so many people, drums with Josh Dun, voice by Brendan Urie and Halsey. Stage performance by the 4 best performers in history, Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin, and the one and only Michael Clifford. I never would have dreamed the day I received that letter.
As this all goes through my head I realize I'm on the floor sitting criss cross with my mother trying to get my attention. As I come out of my daze, I hear my mom yelling at me.
" Ava! Get up now and get in the car we are not going to catch the plane if you don't hurry." my mom yelled
" I know I know I'm coming mother"
I leave the room and walk down the stairs following my mother closely. This is going to be MY journey
My chance
A chance at a place better than here
A chance from the ugly people who ruined me.
Somewhere where I can be who I really am
A chance at a new life with new people

As we reach the car my mom gives me a long tight hug. She knows how hard it's been for me and that's why she's allowing me to leave.
"You know I love you and if I could have changed or prevented it I would have. You know that right." she says to me with love and trust and fear and any other emotion its almost unreadable how much she hates to see me- her only daughter- leaving for a boarding school in London.
"i know, But I honestly can say I love where I'm at. I can't say that I hate where I'm going right now mom, and don't get me wrong I hate that I'm leaving you and dad and Gavin but I'm going to the school of my dreams to meet and be taught by the best, smart and most successful generation of social media fame ever. Mom, I know it's hard but this is where I want to be and I know it's hard for you but it's the best option for me. And I hope YOU know THAT"
" I do and I love you. I hope that you have the best high school experience EVER."
"I will. I promise"
And with that, we are off to the airport.
the ride to the airport was silent but not awkward, comfortable, The sound of my playlist playing through my earbuds was beautiful the sound of Tyler Josephs voice caressing my ears and touching every cell in my ear with the sound of the best drummer in existence accompanying him.
As I stepped out of the car and headed to the back of the car to get my stuff from the trunk of the car, it processed through my head.
I'm meeting them.
