Chapter 9.

Chapter 9.

I watched as everyone piled into the room just as the bell rang.Mr.Brandon walked into the room moments later with Travis following,he grinned at me from the front of the room.

I shook my head amused,well his plan had surely worked.

"Good morning class.This is Travis Kingsly,he will be joining us this year,he was switched from the Immortals to study Casters".

"He is also a Fallen Angel,so he will be joining Miss.Lilura and Mr.Verchial" he announced.

I grinned widely,he surely knew how to bribe his teachers.

Travis sat down next to me,throwing his arm casually around my shoulder.

"I told you it would work" he smirked.

I grinned "your a lifesaver Travis!".

he dropped his arm,grinning,nodding at the same time.

"Today class,you will be demonstrating one of your powers to your partner" Mr.Brandon declared.

I rolled my eyes,well this was pointless.

I watched as partners began getting up out of their chairs.

Travis turned to me grinning expectantly.

I sighed,"what do you want to see?".

His eyes sparkled with mischief,uh oh.

"Something cool" he grinned.

I laughed,rolling my eyes.

"Okay,here goes" I whispered closing my eyes.

I had learnt this by reading a book I got from the library,it was for advanced Casters,and by advanced I mean Miss.Drew advanced,although I hadn't really tried it yet,so who knows what could happen.

I squeezed my eyes closed tighter,concentrating hard.

I opened my eyes to stare out the window,willing it to happen.

It was sunny outside,with just a mild wind.

I felt my eyes roll back.

I clapped my hands,and just as I did,thunder crashed outside.

I moved my hands from side to side,making the wind pick up.

I moved my arms up above my head,then dropped them to my side,making the rain get heavier.

I clapped my hands once more,thunder roared outside.

I dropped my hands,then blinked.

Everything went back to normal outside,the sun was shining once again.

I smiled at a now shocked Travis.

"Wow!.Thalia your eyes went completely white" he mumbled shocked.

I laughed,nodding my head.The whole room was staring at me mumbling stuff,I rolled my eyes.

"Thalia" Travis whispered in my ear,gaining my attention."Jet is staring at you" he grinned at me, winking.

I rolled my eyes,then looked away towards the door.Sure enough,Jet was standing there,leaning on the door frame with his arms crossed,he was staring at me curiously.

As soon as our gaze met he began making his way over to me.

I gasped when he stood in front of us,he had a black eye and a bust lip.
