*logs onto wattpad* (which is more difficult than it sounds since I forgot my password.) Idiot.
HOLY CRICKETS: last update on SIR was THREE months ago! What on earth has happened?!
Considering that one time I went away for a week and forgot to bring my phone, and when I came back all my friends thought I had died, I can hardly begin to imagine what you lot must have thought. Well, you probably didn't care. Or you were sharpening the knives yourself because I left you so abruptly. *gulp*
I know, I am so sorry. I’m such a bad person. I do have an excuse though (sort of).
First, a couple of months ago, I got some very shocking news about my Mum, which was horrible and messed with my head and my life for a bit. I definitely did not feel like writing. Then I was very busy with family matters for several weeks, but you will be glad to know that my Mum is now fine and everything went back to normal.
Then, horror of all horrors, it was time for my exams/revision. Now, anyone who actually knows me in real life can tell you that I have the same work ethic as a chloroformed sloth, so I had to cut out anything that would distract me. Including wattpad.
It was a tough decision, especially seeing as I have literally the next update and then I have reached the TURNING POINT in the novel. And my reads were rocketing up, something which was really exciting and motivating. :D
Well, now all my exams are over, my life is at a really nice point, my family are all happy. But suddenly yesterday I got an email, reminding me about SIR. And I felt so bad. Because I’ve spent a whole week literally writing like a rabid –insertinterestingsimilehere- on my other book, and I totally just didn’t think about SIR!
So I have to make it up to you guys, the people who make me smile with your lovely comments and who take the time to read my crap writing and who make me want to see this book through to end. WE WILL FINISH.
So, although I promise to update all the time and never do because I’m about as reliable as a weather forecast, I hope that you will be able to trust me on this one. I am focused on it, and I want to give back you all something for being so loyal and waiting for me to get my act in gear. I will update as frequently as possible.
Finally, I really want to give you all a mahoosive thankyou…. THANKYOUSOMUCH! (teehee)
Love from Charlie xxx
P.S I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the reads rating. Nearly ten thousand! Crikerooney. Better get writing. ;)

Safety is Relative
Teen FictionSafety is Relative, my Dad once told me. It depends on how you look at it. For example, many more people have a fear of flying than a fear of driving. Why? Cars are familiar, and we see them every day. Most people don't crash their cars. Planes, how...
