The New Mutant

Chapter 12

Will sits there in the cell thinking about what happened. He let Ty and Amber get away again. He wants to know what they plan on doing to the x-men. He looks around. Lexis just sits there crying, Nicki stands up summing a skeleton to keep her company. I guess some people are just desperate for communication with someone even if they are dead. Then Mike sits there glaring at Will.

"I should of never came," Lexi says crying.

"Yup, these two are nothing but trouble," says Mike.

Nicki glares at Mike and summons a skeleton into his cage. It makes a rattling noise and starts to attack Mike. Mike screams as it attacks him. Will just rolls his eyes and goes back to his thoughts. The door opens and they all look to see who it is.

Hannah walks into the room and sits down right next to Will's cell. He crawls over to her on the other side. The skeleton stops attacking Mike as he lays there with his clothes all teared up.

She just its there not making one sound.

"Hannah," says Will breaking the silence.

"I have nothing to say," she says.

"I know you're mad," he says.

"Way past that," she says.

"I'm really sorry," he says.

"Will I understand that you're just trying to help," she says, "Ty and Amber ate out there but you need to stop putting yourself in all of these situations."

"Ty and Amber are hiding something. I can feel it, which is way I need to see them and get information," he says.

"I know," she says.

She teleports into the cell with Will and hugs him on the ground. She puts her lips against his.

"What a show," says Nicki watching from the distance, "So are you gonna help us out or what?"

"No I'm gonna leave you guys here," she says smiling at Will. He smiles back.

Then all the sudden they hear a scream.

"What was that?" Asks Lexi.

"I don't know," says Hannah, "But I better figure it out."

She teleports out of the cell to main floor. She looks around to see that everyone is running upstairs. She teleports in front of everyone seeing Janet.

"What's going on?" She asks.

"I don't know," Janet replies, "Teleport us to the front."

Hannah grabs Janet and teleports to the front. They are in a room where some people are. They both look to see what has happened. Janet jaw drops and puts a hand over her mouth.

From the ceiling a boy hangs from one got from the ground. He has no life on his face as he hangs there by the neck.

Hannah walks up to take a closer look. His eyes are closed and his face is purple and red.

"Not another one," Hannah says to herself.

"Who is doing all the killings?" Asks Janet.

"I think Will is right. Ty and Amber must be behind the two murders," she replies.

Hannah teleports them back to the main floor as everyone freaks out. Jace comes up to them.

"What the hell is going on?" He asks.

"There was another murder," Hannah replies.

"We must do something about this," he says.

"Like what?" Asks Janet.

"I say we all watch the mansion at night and make sure no one comes into the mansion," he says.

"Good idea," says the professor walking right next to Hannah.

"You three and Kyle watch the house for us at night," he says.

"Can the others in jail help?" Asks Hannah.

"No, they must serve their time," says the professor walking away.

The three of them look at each other and then upstairs at everyone running around going crazy.
