Chapter 1

Lucy POV

I was feeding the horses on the farm when father called me inside.
I walks to the house with my sister trailing after. We entered the house and went to my fathers office, he was just getting off the phone when he spoke.

"My children," he looked at us, "I just wanted to inform you that I will be getting some farm help around here." I was about to protest but he spoke again,"There will be five boys coming to help you. I want you to put aside your differences and get along with these young men. That is all."

He dismissed us. I stormed out the house and  to the stable. I was going to go for ride on my horse. I entered the stables and went straight to the one that read, 'Bolt'. Remember even if she does have a boys name, she's a girl.

I get here's her saddle and her bride. I put on her things and led her out to the field.
When we got to the field,  I got on her back and led her towards the river. Once I was out of sight of the house, we started to run.
My long blonde hair flew behind me and whipped against my body. We rode for such a long time I thought it was going to be night soon, so I led Bolt back home.

It took a while to get back home since we walked. But when we got there, I saw something that might change my life, Laxus.

Laxus POV

Me and the guys just arrived at the farm. I looked around and the farm seemed somewhat familiar. That's when I saw something I thought I would never see again, Lucy.

"Hey man, you okay?" Jellal asked looking at me. When the guys saw what I was looking at they froze. She seemed to have seen us.

She jumped back on her horse and sped towards the field.

"Luce!!" Natsu and Gray yelled after her. They were about to run off when the farm owner stopped them.

"It's okay, she just needs some space." He let them go and gave us some jobs and led us to our rooms.

"You think she's still mad about what happened?" Gray asked when we entered the guest house. There were four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, a pretty big living room, and a huge back yard.

"Maybe, let's just get our jobs done and come take a break." Jellal answered knowing I didn't want to talk about it.

Flashback:

I was walking down the street with my girlfriend Mira. We had just started dating, but I didn't really 'love' her. I don't know. I just didn't get 'tingles' with her.

I dropped Mira at her house and went to my best friend, Lucy's, house. When I got there she was playing a game with Natsu, Gray, and Jellal.

"Hey guys, what's up?" I walked over to the group. They were looking at a screen. I looked at the screen and It was a long text from Mira.

Lucy I have a problem. I don't think Laxus loves me anymore. When you get this please text me back. He might have a crush on someone else. I just hope he's not cheating on me. Please respond.

Lucy put her phone away and looked at me. "Are you cheating on my friend?"

"No" I replied quickly.

Mira ran in crying. She immediately ran too Lucy and hugged her.

"Lisanna. She said she and Laxus had an affair." She sobbed into Lucy's shirt.

"Lucy, no I would never."

Flashback Finish

Luce never trusted me, or any guy for that matter.

And trust me, I would never cheat on my girl. Not then, not now, not ever.
