"So doctor? How is she?"

"Well we have good news and bad news..." Kyungsoo handed me a tissue as Chen rubbed my back.

"She's had a large intake of drugs, an intense overdose. There is a large chance we won't be able to save her. The painkillers have shut down many of her nerve responses and some of her systems are failing. I'm sorry."

"No..." I gasped.

"However, there is a small chance of her actually waking up. If that's the case, Mr. Yixing, you or a guardian will have to nurse her back to true health after being released. I hate to say it, but don't keep your hopes too high." The doctor concluded.

"What is this?" I asked the floating ball in the center of the white room. It grew progressively brighter and larger and soon after, it exploded into a cluster of film strips, traveling through the air.

"Please, get up. It isn't time to be back to black yet." Lay's familiar, sweet voice rang in my ears.

"Lay! Wake up! She's awake!" Chen's voice awoke me. I had fallen asleep next to her in her hospital bed as her curious eyes looked up at me."

"Lay?" She asked, her voice raspy.
