"Wait, what?" I said, not quite hearing him.

"We're gonna go in, blast their heads apart, and leave." Liam said firmly.

Best not to argue, I suppose.

I sighed and stood up, moving to the open back space in the van, filling up my ammo slowly and picking up a machete - just in case.

The van stopped abruptly.

"Get out and kill these guys." Liam hissed to me before plastering a fake smile at one of their guards.

I rolled my eyes and opened the back door slowly - like before. Then, like before, I popped my gun around the edge and shot one guard in the head, and Liam stabbed the other one in the chest.

"Move." He said quietly, and the rest of our van emptied out, and the van behind us also emptied quickly.

I looked around, and I spotted a watchtower, with the guards just realizing what was happening.

I quickly tilted my gun upwards, and I peered down the sight of my gun, firing a few quick shots and a guard fell.

I looked to my left, and I heard a loud scream of pain. Andreas - to my left - had doubled over and slumped against the van.

"One of those snipers!" Adira said to me, standing up from her cover, and firing a rocket from her rocket launcher at the tower, which promptly exploded.

I heard another scream - this was going great.

Haiti was lying in a pool of blood, her gun beside her.

"Hey Liam! We lost 2 people 5 seconds into this!" I screamed.

Boom!

Another scream.

Jayden, clutching her arm.

"We need to go!" I shouted at Liam, who nodded. I opened the back door, and Kay, Abby, Dylan, and an injured Haiti were ushered in.

We quickly drove off, before Dylan screamed "WE FORGOT ANDREAS!"

I cursed, looking back out the window.

Shit.

Andreas was lying on the ground, sitting up weakly, a knife in his hand. A man was standing over him, a pistol in his hand.

I quickly opened the door, jumping out stupidly and aiming my gun at the man.

He looked straight up at me, and smirked, pulling the trigger.

Andreas head slammed back against the pavement, and I yelled.

He turned towards me, and I shook my head. I quickly took aim and shot him in the chest wildly, and he convulsed, hitting the ground hard.

Quickly, I sprinted over to him, only to find that Andreas was most definitely dead. His eyes were staring blankly ahead, and I sighed, leaning down, and pulling off his necklace. On the necklace were two things: his little trident, and his dog tag. I ran back to our vans, holding his necklace tightly.

"Go." I muttered.

At the next rest stop, I was quickly swarmed by Adira.

"Is he really dead?" She asked, and I hesitated, nodding slowly, and shovelling his old necklace into her hands.

"You guys were best friends." I said, and she nodded tightly, slipping the necklace on.

I turned away, lifting up my rifle a bit. We knew now that security here was going to be increased tenfold.

"Liam, what's the plan?" I asked him, and he shrugged helplessly, sighing.

"They know we're here. We should probably carry out a few raids on their outposts just to bother them." He said and I grinned.

"Annoying Boreas is always a fine option." I responded cheekily and I cleaned out my gun slowly, waiting for the nighttime patrol. We were currently inside a ruin of a house, sitting around tensely, waiting to attack the patrol. We needed their car.

I heard the distinct roar of an engine, and we all sat up, crouching, on the second floor of what used to be a house. The front wall had been nearly completely blown off. There were gaping holes in the wall, and I had my gun training out of one of them. The car slowly drove down the road. A man was in the turret, and I training my rifle on him.

"Take the shot." Liam hissed in my ear, and I pulled the trigger once, and the silenced gun jumped back against my shoulder, and I heard the bullet make impact with a thud, and he slumped over on the trigger, firing shots wildly.

"Shit!" I muttered and ducked, as did everyone else, as the bullets tore through the thin wall. Abruptly, the bullets stopped. The men in the car had obviously came out.

"Go." Liam muttered, and I peeked back out and took aim again, hitting one of the men in the chest, and then I heard another gun fire, and the other man went down.

"Get to the car!" Liam hissed urgently and I nodded, hopping out the gap and landing soundlessly, jumping into the car and driving it closer to the building. Kay, Abby, and Liam hopped in.

"Get in that van!" Liam said back to the others, who climbed in one van. As we drove off, Liam pressed a button, and the whole house exploded.

Liam smirked and disappeared into the turret.

We turned into another driveway, and we all climbed out, getting into the house, and we were greeted by many guns to the face.

"Weapons down, children." A cold, drawling voice said.
