Cursing, I told my friends quickly, and their reactions were either:

"What the fuck?" or "No!"

Taking a deep breath, I controlled myself, and we all agreed - we had to get out.

We had a plan. The next time Michael came in... well... yeah.

"Hey gu-" Michael said as he came in, and he was cut off by Adira flipping him over the shoulder and muffling his voice. Taking his gun, she shot his leg, immobilizing him. The rest followed behind her as she went out the door.

"Armory." She said, kicking open another door and shooting the two guards who were lounging lazily.

Raising an eyebrow, we all took pistols and knifes, and a loud alarm came on.

"Shit. We need to get out!" She said, and I nodded. Loading my pistol, I raised it and rolled into the hallway, shooting a few men who were running towards us.

The whole hallway went suddenly dark, except for a few flashlights. I glanced over to my friends, who were all huddled against the wall.

"Thought you would have a plan, Wallace." I hissed, and Liam rolled his eyes, standing up and shooting at the flashlights. There were a few shouts, and the hallway went pitch black.

"Emergency Generator is offline!" Someone shouted.

Taking a few breaths to calm myself, I quickly told everyone my plan.

We would all move down the hallway slowly. They couldn't see us - we were wearing dark clothes. There seemed to be an exit about 100 feet ahead. We just needed to make it there. Piece of cake.

I looked back, and I saw my friends waiting. Nodding sharply, I motioned for them to follow, and they did.

Silently, I ripped open the door to the exit, and I saw a single ladder going about 100 feet up. Looking up, there wasn't any sign of danger.

Sighing, I looked around.

"I'll go first." I whispered "Keep an eye on the door. Shoot anyone who gets in."

At that moment, the door opened.

"Hold your fire." A familiar voice hissed, and I nodded to my friends. They didn't fire, but they didn't lower their weapons.

Arron walked in, holding his hands up.

"There's a ton of corruption. 95% of our people have turned to Boreas. I'm coming with you." He whispered to us urgently, and I nodded.

"Go first." I muttered, and Arron nodded, climbing up the ladder rung two at a time.

"I'm going. One by one, okay?" I said, and they nodded. Climbing after Arron, I leaped up the ladder, and at the top, I sat next to him on the small clearing.

Slowly, our whole group got up here. At just the same time, the lights began flickering on and off.

"We need to move." Arron said, and quickly opened another hatch, which lead us to the forest above.

I quickly looked around, taking in the area around us. It was relatively dense forest, and it was pitch black except for one light in the distance. I'm assuming that's the Supreme's US HQ.

Quickly. our little group ran through the woods, hoping to get a vehicle of some sort. Walking was a pain in the ass.

Nothing.

Great. Continuing to walk off towards... wherever. We didn't know where.

"Can we stop walking?" Liam piped up "It's too much effort."
