(Third Person POV, 3 months later)

3 months later, the world had changed. America was reborn, and cities were being rebuilt slowly. Richard Ford was elected president of America, and Europe was still a mess.

In a hospital room in Boston, one young man laid in a hospital bed, connected to many different tubes. The gunshot wound that was right below his chest had been sewn together long ago, and around his bed sat a couple of people, and a few doctors.

"He's going to be pronounced dead soon." One of the doctors says.

"No sign of life for 3 months. No use trying to keep him 'alive' when we have so many other patients." Another one says.

The other people nod slowly, as if they don't want to realize this. They all stand up and walk out.

The man, who you should know by now, is named Nielsen Sterling.

After the shot, it was almost complete panic. The sniper was killed almost immediately, and Boreas was caught in the crossfire. He plummeted 920 feet to his death.

Nielsen was transported to this hospital, and stayed there for the entirety of the three months.

Now...

(First Person, Nielsen's POV)

Wow. It was seriously dark.

That was my first thought when I came around again. I had last remembered falling into blissful oblivion...

Boreas.

Where was he? He was still alive, right? And what were all these tubes for? I felt alright.

I quickly disconnected a few tubes and stood up. I took some clothes from the closets, and I quickly opened the window, traversing down the side quickly, then running.

I heard the shocked reactions of the doctors as they visited my now empty room, and I turned a corner.

Sadly, a person was there.

"Ow!" I said, rubbing my head.

"Sorry." The person muttered, and I quickly took off running.
