Suzy's P.O.V
“Hindi mangyayari yon Ms. Ignacio. Because I will be replacing YOU.” Tiningnan ko si Ms. Ignacio daw, she loks like she’s gonna cry. Then tiningnan niya ako ng sobrang sama.
Hindi ko naman siya gustong tanggalin dito sa Baby Danseurs. Pero by the looks of how she treated that little girl earlier? Wala eh. Sobrang nainis ako. Ayoko sa lahat ay yung dinidiscourage ang isang tao sa dream niya.
“Ms. Santos, sige na. Bumalik ka na sa trabaho mo. Ako na ang bahala dito.” Sabi ko sa Head Manager ko. Umalis naman na siya pagkasabi ko nun.
“So, little kids! Wait for me okay? Magpapalit lang ako, then we can continue with your lessons.” Pumunta ako sa dressing room ng studio para magpalit. I changed to a blue ballet dress. Then tinali ko yung buhok ko in a messy bun. Tapos sinuot ko yung white ballet shoes ko. Tapos lumabas na ako ng dressing room. Nakita ko naman yung mga bata na naka Indian sit.
“So! Uhmm, I’ll introduce myself first. Hi! My name is Suzy Bae. You can call me Suzy Unnie. I’m from Korea. And I will be your teacher from now on. So, let’s start?” tumayo naman na yung mga bata.
“Nakapag warm-up na ba kayo?” tanong ko sa kanila.
“Not yet, Suzy unnie.” Hindi pa sila nag wa’warm-up? Pero nagpra’practice na sila pirouette? Ghad!
“Then, let’s have a warm-up first! Hold on to the barre kids!” they did what I told them to do.
They did several exercises to stretch their muscels, work the tendons and loosen their joints. Then did the center practice. That little girl earlier, will surely benefit from this center practice. This center practice will her develop her sense of balance. I started doing slow movements while they copied what I am doing. Then followed by quick movements with small jumps. We’re already practicing for almost 30 minutes kaya sinabi kong mag water break muna kami. Nagsipuntahan naman ang mga bata sa mga mommy, ate, yaya or kung sino man ang guardian nila na nasa labas ng studio. Kaya pumunta muna ako sa dressing room to get my phone.
Pero there’s one girl na nakaupo lang sa loob ng studio. Habang nakayuko. Nilapitan ko siya and got a bit a surprised na siya yung batang pinapagalitan kanina nung Ms. Ignacio.
“Hi.” Sabi ko sa kanya, tumingin naman siya sakin then gave me a weak smile.
“Bakit nandito ka? Water break naman eh. You can go to your guardian.”
“Wala po akong kasama. Hindi po ako sinasamahan ng mommy ko.”
