Dean had been in love with Cas a year after they met, that's why he said it. Why was he so stupid.
Dean lets the tears ran down his face.
Truth is, Dean didn't now why he did it, he wasn't gay, he was straight... Or maybe bi. This was all confusing and now Cas would hate him. His best friend would never speak to him again.
Why was he so stupid.
"Hey, why are you crying?"
Sam has entered the room.
Now he walks over and starts rubbing Deans back.
How can he tell Sam?
What if he rejected him?
But a voice in his head said that this was his brother, it was Sam.
"I-I told Cas that I loved him.."
The words just came out trough his mouth.
Dean tries to stop a new wave of tears and looks up at Sam. The face he meets brakes his hart.
Sam looks chocked and angry while behind that there is a sadness.
Dean lefts and locks himself up in the bathroom. He hear how Sam leaves the building.

An angry knock wakes Dean up from his thoughts.
"Dean?" It was Sam."You Jerk, why the hell did you run away after telling Cas you loved him?!"
Dean opens confused the bathroom door. "What do you mean?"
He hates me now, he thinks.
"Dude! Cas loves you!"
Wait what?
Cas loved him?
He LOVED him?
"I have to find him!"
Dean runs out of the bath room and opens the door out just to almost knock the person outside.
"Castiel!"
Dean grabs the fallen angel and kisses him on the lips.
Castiels face brakes up in a grin, then he takes Deans head between his hands and presses Deans lips against his.

I hope you liked it anyways. This was really hard to write because I wanted to write it as it could have happened in the show, but I know that Dean never would have run away so I had to compromise between them as a bit younger and in the show :)
