Chapter 8

Cathy and Kim walked to lesson in silence still thinking about what happend.

Finally Cathy broke the silence. "See I told you the stuff about the bear is true." She said.

"What?" Said Kim. "That incident had nothing to do with that imaginary friend of yours"

"He's not my imaginary friend!" Shouted Cathy "He's real okay, how else would you explain all of the bad things that are happening?"

"Ok true, that is a bit strange"Kim admitted.

"OK anyway, remember how we were talking about the whole changing look thing?" Kim asked.

"Yeaaaah" Said Cathy. "Ok come on let's go to the shop and get some new clothes." She said.

"really, do you think the headteacher will let us?" Kim asked.

"I don't know mabe she will, but we whont know if we never ask let's go!" Cathy said.

The two girls ran out of the room to the headteachers office. Cathy knocked on the brown , wooden door. After about 10 seconds someone opened it. The headteacher was standing there with her long , flowing , red hair. "Hello girls how can I help you?" She asked with a smile.

"Mrs please, please, please can me and Kim go shopping together, it will only take no more than 1 hour we just need to buy some clothes." Said Cathy

There was a short silence. "Hhhmm, well only if you promise not to go anywhere else go straight to the shop and back okay?" She said. "Yes thankyou miss we will" Said Cathy cheerfully. And the two girls walked away happily. They opend the main exit door and whent out. The shop was only 5 minutes away so they they got there fast. They walked into a pink shop with glass doors after about 40 minutes they came out holding 6 shopping bags. "Well that was fun"Said Kim. "Yeah I agree we should do this again one day." Said Cathy. They started walking back to boarding school.

Soon they arrived and opened the door to there room. They whent in and soon Kim started to get dressed. After about 5 minutes Kim started calling from the bathroom. "Im ready!" she said. "Ok come out then." Said Cathy. Mim slowly walked out of the bathroom. Cathy raised her eyebrows. "Wow you look so different." She said "A good different right?" Asked Kim. "Yep definitely" Answered Cathy.

Kim's hair was naturally light brown and wavy also she wore a bright, yellow dress.
