Chapter 17

*Here's chapter 17, hope u like it*

"Well I don't know exactly what happened, but I heard that the labarian has been murdered mysteriously and the police is still trying to investigate how she's been murdered." Said the new labarian with a french accent.

Cathy and Kim stared at eachother. "Wow" they Both said, the labarian then walked away and got back to work.

Cathy's POV

"Don't you think it's weird how she just mysterious got murdered like that." I said. "Yeah your right it's really strange." She said.

We thought for a moment then our eyes suddenly met, and we both knew what we were thinking. "Teddy" We both whispered. "You don't think..." I began. "Yep" She said. "Our labarian had gotten murdered by your stalking, creepy teddy." Said Kim as casually as she could. "Okay, we have to find thoes ingredients fast and make that stupid potion before anyone else gets murdered." I said. "Yeah I agree." Said Kim. We both hurried to our last lesson before lunch after we had out ten minute break. We arrived at our lesson which was art. "Yay I love art!" Said Kim, and she was good at it too. "Wow ever since we changed your look you've became so bubbly. "Yeah and I'm not liking it." Said Kim, "But what can I do, that's who I am now and no one can change me." She said confidently. We walked through the door and the lesson began. The time past really fast since it was art and art is fun, we were doing painting today and I got myself covered in paint since I forgot to put an apron on.

We whent to our room after art finished and we had lunch time I quickly changed out of my ruined cloth and repaired my makeup and hair. I changed into a pair of jeans with a hoodie and some boots I also brushed my hair and left it loose and put some eyeliner and mascara on. I came out of the bathroom and there was a knock on the door. I rushed out the bathroom after I heard a male voice asking for me. "Yeah she's just in the bathroom she's gonna be out in about 2 minutes." Said Kim. I quickly walked out of the bathroom. "More like 2 seconds." Said Aaron, he was so  funny I smiled. So you wanted to tell me some kind of secret right." He asked breaking the silence. "Yes" I said breaking out of my day dream and back to reality. "Does it have anything to do with evil spirits?" He asked. I bit my lip " Yeah it does. "Ookkayy go on then what about them?" He asked. "Okay if she tells you this you might think we're crazy and not believe us." Kim said. "Well I'll try my very best." He said woth a smile. I smiled and began telling him my story, I told him about everything about how I got the teddy in the first place, about the queen be going to the hospital in science class because of the teddy, about how I fainted in the bathroom , about the labarian and how the teddy started appearing wherever I whent, about the 7 ingredients and the potion I literally told him about everything. He just sat down staring at me wiredly as I told him everything. When I finished I was seriously out of breath after I finished there was a long silence. Oh no, is he thinking I'm crazy, or maybe he doesn't believe me about anything I said or maybe I was talking too much, well ofcorse I was talking to muh I just told him my whole story from when I started boarding school, it's been nearly two weeks and so much had happened, and I just realised that in two days it's my birthday, how can I forget my own birthday? Oh whatever I'm literally talking to myslef right now. Someone  break the silence! I shouted in my head.

"Wow." Said Aaron, who finally broke the 5 minute silence thank God. "Seriously after all she told you all you can say is 'wow'?" Said Kim a little harshly, although I had to agree with her. "So will you help us or not?" I said a little impatiently. "With the potion?" He asked. "Nah with getting my grandma out of her wheelchair." I said sarcastically. They both raised there eyebrows at me. Oh no, now I'm turning into Kim. Boarding school is seriously having an affect on me I thought. "Yeah I'll help you." He finally said. "Really, so you believe us?" Asked Kim. "Well lots of surprising things happened to me in my life and this isn't one of them." He said. "Seriously?, What else can be more surprising than this?" I asked. "Trust me lots of things." He said mysteriously with a smirk. I ignored that I don't whant to fall in love right know with everything that's happening that's the last thing on my mind. "So how long do we have to get the ingredients?" He asked. "Well it said you will have from the full moon to half a moon, which is about 2 weeks." I answered. "Okay when do we start?" He asked. Me and Kim both looked at eachother. "Tonight." We both said. All three of us desided to skip the three last lessons pretending we we're sick so we can prepare for our creepy adventure. I was really worried it was going to be hard to get thoes ingredients, I mean seriously I need to pick nettle with my bare hands??? Well that's definitely going to hurt. I shivered at the thought of that. Kim noticed. "Cathy are you okay?" She asked with concern. "I was just thinking about the ingredients, there going to be really hard to get especially the nettle." I said. "I know it's hard but at least after that life will be better and we'll finally be able to get rid of that stupid bear." She said. "Yeah I guess your right." I said, she pulled me into a hug. My eyes widened, this was the first time Kim appeared so understanding and caring, she's definitely changing. As we hugged I spotted something out of the corner of my eye. "Kim." I said, my voice shaking. "Yeah?" She asked, still hugging me. "We have to get out of here." I quickly said. "What why?" She asked slightly confused then it hit her. "Oh my god, okay what do we do." She said starting to shake. "Let's just slowly get out." I whispered. We slowly started heading towards the door both not daring to look back scared of what might be happening behind us. Then out of nowhere the door locked itself and the curtains closed then me and Kim started panicking. We both heard an evil voice whisper. "Hello there Cathy we meet again." The voice said. Me and Kim both started shaking. "I was the one who killed that old labarian, and I did it for you Cathy, because I knew you didn't like her, from this day on I will kill whoever you dislike, so you better watch out Cathrine." The voice said. Me and Kim both started screaming then the curtains opened and the door unlocked. We looked around fortunately there was no sign of the teddy.

Me and Kim both looked at eachother "I swear from this day on I will have nightmares everyday." Said Kim. "We're definitely going to start looking for the ingredients today." I nodded.

When we forgot about what happened (Well I wouldn't say forgot, let's just say almost forgot) we started packing things we will need for our hunt. "I don't know what do you think we'll need." Asked Kim. "Hmm maybe a spade, scissors, definitely gloves because there is no way I'm going to dig up dead bodies and cut there hair with my bare hands, also a knife and a map if we find one." I said. "Oh I have a map." Said Kim. " I bought one today of the town once you told Aaron about the teddy." " Ok that's good and maybe I'll get some pepper spray, you know just in case." She laughed at how nervous I was. Then there was a knock on the door. We both gasped, we were supposed to be 'sick' we quickly jumped onto our beds and put our blankets over our heads and got ready to remember everything we learned in drama. "Come in." I said, with a raspy voice pretending to be sick. A lady came with a beige blazer and a black pencil skirt. "Sorry to interrupt, but are you two Catherine and Kim?" She asked politely. "Yes" We both said. "Your the one's who are sick right?" She asked. "Yes" Kim replied. "Okay I just have to sign your names in and write the reasons you are sick." She said. I panicked what is my reason? I asked myself, ooh I know I'll just say that I have a really bad cold and that my head really , really hurts. And that's exactly what I said. "Okay that's fine, and what about you Mrs Ryan?" She asked. Her second name is Ryan? I asked myself. "My stomach hurts really bad and I feel like throwing up." Said Kim, waw she's a good liar I thought. "Okay that's fine, that's all I needed to know, get well soon girls and if you need anything just come to my office it's right next door." She said. " Okay thankyou." We both said, and then she finally left. 

Me and kim got out of bed and I quickly locked the door before anyone else comes in. We packed more stuff and were ready to go. "What time do we leave at?" I asked. "Around ten, everyone should be sleeping by then and we'll have a less chance of getting caught." Said Kim. "Oh and I told Aaron to meet us at ten next to the school gates." "Okay" I said.

*After 2 hours*

"It's 10 to 10 I think we should go now." Said Kim. "Yeah let's go. We took out backpacks and ran quitely through the hallways avoiding any teachers or any students who are snitches. Lucky for us everyone was already sleeping and we easily got outside and whent to the gate were Aaron was waiting for us.

*Hope u liked that chapter sorry the ending was a little boring but next chapter will be more interesting, plzzz comment on what u think of the story so far I love reading comments but sadly I don't get much :( and also tell me what you think will happen, anyone who gets it right or at least is close to getting it right will get a chapter dedicated to them. Also if any of u were wonering the photo at the top is how nettle looks like, and if any if u don't know it's a plant that stings u if u touch it, so Cathy's probably gonna have a hard time getting that ingredient lol Okay bye now* -Lexi
