They sat through out the whole maths session and nearly fell asleep, It was sooo boring listening to the stupid equations and trying to work them out. But Cathy's mind was somewhere else in the clouds.
Cathy's P.O.V
I wonder if he has a girlfriend or if HIS MARRIED?? No come on Cathrine he cannot be married, I told myself. But he's sooooo perfect. what?? no I do not like him and never will he's probably one of thoes cool kids I could never be with him the only friend I have hear is Kim, I feel like such a loner now. My thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the sound of the teachers rasping voice echoing through my ears. "CATHERINE EDWARDS!!!" She shouted. "Are you paying attention to anything I'm saying l?"
"Sorry I was just thinking what it would be like to be a maths teacher." I lied. She looked at me in confusion as if I said something horrible and unnecessary. I carried on talking. "You know Mrs I feel sorry for you, all those bad children giving you a hard time, your really good at doing your job and I respect that." I said not knowing exactly what I was trying to do. She raised her eyebrows at me. "My word your right" She said. " You know what, I am going to tak a day of today since I work so hard, and you kids have fun doing whatever you whant to do, who needs maths anyway." And with that she grabbed her bag and walked out of the classroom leaving us open mouthed staring like dimwits.
"Way to go Cathy!" Said Kim, and everyone cheered. For the rest of the lesson we were all on our phones or talking about the latest celebrity gossip. We closed the door so no one can see that we are unsupervised and that were on our phones, because that's on the list of rules for school and we were supposed to follow them. Soon next period began and we all rushed out to out class.
I was actually really proud of myself because this was the first time I actually spoke like that and gave the class what they wanted mabe I'm becoming more confident.
We walked to class and I suddenly bumped into someone or something....
