Gilbert's (Prussia's) POV

I rubbed my arms, trying to keep my body warm. My breath was making little clouds in the air from how chilly it was. It finally snowed... a lot. The house almost disappeared from it, only the top story exposed. No one knew it was going to be this bad. The last time snow piled this high was decades ago. I remember that Winter. Me and Germany were forced to stay inside for weeks. It was actually really fun though, probably because the several barrels of beer that we had made it bearable.

The only thing different was that right now I was at Canada's house, and trapped here too. Me and Matthew stared at the fogged up window, almost no light showing through because of the snow. "Matt. We literally have a whole month before winter. What the hell."

Gilbird chirped next to the window, confused on the situation. He cocked his head to the side and pecked at the edge of the window.

"Yeah, it's not normally like this."

"I only stayed one night." I wiggled my eyebrows, "I suppose its destiny to be stuck here with you."

That made a smile crack upon his lips. He played along. "Why with me?"

I pulled the Canadian close and cooed, "Why else, Bärchen? Don't you like the idea of being alone together?"

"But what would you do to me if I was alone, hmm?" He hummed, tracing his fingers along the grooves of my back.

"What do you think?" I said lowly in his ear. I felt him shudder.

He bravely said, "I think you'd lay me to, pull down-"

"Please stop," A voice came from the living room, earning startled looks from the both of us. Kumajiro was sitting on the arm of the couch, plugging his ears and shaking his head. I began cackling, the poor bear probably scarred by seeing the way his adoptive mother acted with me.

Matthew's face lit up a bright red as he jumped out of my arms, "Ku-Kuma! I thought you were asleep!"

He shook his head slowly, pointing to the sliding door. "Outside."

Matthew's shoulders slumped, "We're snowed in."

He pointed up. "Window."

"O-Okay. But don't be longer than 2 hours."

The polar bear bounded out of the room and upstairs, Gilbird following closely behind. Matthew sighed, "He normally asks to go outside to get out of an awkward situation." He then shook his head, gripping his hair. "I can't believe I let him see me like that!"

I wrapped an arm around his waist, pulling him close to my body. "Well, we're alone now."

His face flushed with another wave of color. "That's true, but..."

I pecked him on the forehead. "It's okay, we got two hours." He let me lay him against the wall and put my lips against his. What I loved about his taste was that there was always that tint of maple syrup. The man put syrup in everything.

The rest of the day, we mainly watched movies, made out, and cuddled on the couch, Gilbird and Kumajiro joining us in the middle of a movie. Soon, night came, and our partners had fallen asleep. I grew restless.

I hung upside down from the couch, growing bored from watching TV. Knowing Gilbird and Kumajiro were sleeping upstairs, I asked, "Do you have any beer?"

"Why?"

"Well, we haven't ever drunken together. Now would be a great time."

"It's your lucky day," he got up from the couch, "The one time I have beer, you ask for some."

I followed the Canadian eagerly when he revealed a partially full 18 pack. "Oooh, Blue Moon? That's how you roll?"

"It was left over from a bonfire I had not too long ago. Ice Hockey." He took two out, handing me one.

I cracked it open, loving the sound it made and the hissing of the sparkling drink. Taking a gulp before I talked, I assumed, "So we can't bonfire here because of the snow."

Matthew cracked open his, then mentioned, "I can grab some wood for the fireplace, we can sit around that."

"Hell yeah!" I cheered, "Let's go!"

I grabbed his hand, noticing how cold it was, and pulled him to the living room. In no time, we were sitting next to the fireplace, fire popping and cracking, drinks and a few cans by our side.

"Like why 'England'?" Ranted Canada, "What the hell's an 'Eng'?!"

I sat for a moment. What was an 'Eng'? "I don't know what to tell you," I say, stooped.

He squinted, "Eng. Land. At least Sealand makes sense."

"What doesn't make any fucking sense is Iceland and Greenland. Ever visited them!?"

Matthew snapped his fingers, "Yeah! Greenland's just a bunch of Ice and-"

"-Iceland's a bunch o' Green. I feel like their bosses made a deal or something to name 'em like that."

"Right!?" He exclaimed, chugging the rest of the beer he had in his hand. "Eh? Oh, I'm gonna grab another beer, want me to get you one too?"

I leaned back, using my arms as kickstands. "Yeah, don't be too long."

I watched him leave, making sure to get a good look of his behind. His butt was petite, but full. What could I say? He had a good butt.

Shortly after he left, he entered the room with the rest of the case. Flopping back down and crossing his legs he said, "I was sick of getting up, so I'm just bringing the whole damn thing. I don't care if it gets warm."

"Well said."

"Hey. You wanna play a game?"

I raised an eyebrow. "Game?"

"Yeah like, quarters or something."

"As good as I am at crumpled paper shooting, my aim isn't at its best right now."

"Yeah, but that's what makes drinking games fun."

I considered it. I could play with him. The only thing I was afraid of was loosing. Then again, you can't really 'lose' at quarters. "Ahh okay. But we need cups."

Matthew smirked and pulled out a stack of red solo cups from behind him. "Got 'em."

"Sneaky Sneaky," I tsked, then helped him set up the game, pouring the right amounts of beer in specific cups. After agreeing on the rules, I pulled out a coin and tried tossing it into one of the Canadian's cups. I was off. Way off. I groaned.

He took the coin, and tossed it into one of my cups, making my jaw drop. He cheered in victory. "No fair!" I objected.

He winked, "Drink up."

I narrowed my eyes, quickly chugging down the drink and spitting out the coin when I almost swallowed it. "Your on."
