“Well at least it’s as big as our old home.” Chris said.

I knew he was feeling sad and to tell the truth I was feeling the same way. I missed our parents and he did as well. But we couldn’t dwell on that.

“Go pick out your room. We have a lot to do and we need to get it done in two days.” I said.

“You are letting me pick first?” he asked.

“Chris, I can no longer act as I use to. I have to take care of us and I need to take my responsibility into consideration. For now on you are my first priority and you come first. Now hurry we have to go shopping.” I said.

“Okay.” He said.

He went upstairs and I heard him open all the doors and close them again. I walked around and tried to imagine all the things that would be placed in the house.

I had a pretty good idea of where the items would be. I heard a car outside and sniffed to make sure it the person was human. I looked outside and saw that it was my brand new 2014 Bugatti.

A smile appeared and I walked outside.

“Thank you. And the graphic is amazing.” I said to the guy.

“Hey your welcome babe.” He said and winked.

I mentally rolled my eyes but smiled all the same. My wolf scoffed at this human and kept saying things that made my smile want to grow.

“Thank you.” I said and walked into my house.

“I found my room.” Chris said.

“Okay.” I said and followed his scent to a nice sized room.

“Want to help me find my room?” I asked.

“Yea. How about the one down the hall?” he asked.

“Okay.” I said and walked down the hall.

I opened the door and looked around shocked. The walls were blue which was my favorite color and it was huge. It had two doors, one I’m assuming goes to the closet and the other to the bathroom.

I chose one and walked into a huge walk in closet. It had drawers all over the place and a mirror in the back next to a rack for clothes.

I turned and walked to the other door and looked in the bathroom. It was beautiful. A tub was in the middle and a shower in the far back. The sink and toilet on the other side of the room. All in all it was a very nice room.

“You like it?” Chris asked.

“Yes Chris. I like it. You are so thoughtful.” I said and gave him a hug.

“I know.” He said with that arrogant smile of his.

I rolled my eyes and walked out the room but a scent caught me. I quickly looked around and looked out the balcony like any human would but I was searching. I looked and noticed a pair of eyes. But they weren’t any eyes. They were wolf eyes. I acted as though I didn’t see them but I did. I noticed.

“Chris lets go to the mall and but some things for the new house.” I said.

“Okay. Can I drive?” he asked.

“No.” I said.

“Why? You saw me playing grand theft auto.” He said.

“And that is why you will not be driving my new car.” I said.

“okay so we got the furniture and the TVs. Let’s get the game systems and then we can get something to est.” I told Chris.

“Okay we need the PS3. Xbox 360, Wii U, Wii, and can I get a PSP?” he asked.

“Yea I guess.”I said and followed his retreating figure.

“Hey baby.” I heard some say.

I quickly took a sniff and knew it was a werewolf. I ignored him and kept walking.

“I’m Andrew.” He said.

“And I’m not interested.” I said.

I pushed the cart and Chris came back with a whole bunch of games. He turned but I caught him.

“Whoa there buddy. Did you get call of duty?” I asked.

“Yes.” He said.

“Maden 13?” I asked.

“Yes.” I asked.

“Dra-“he interrupted me.

“I got dragon ball z, halo, and all the other ones for all game systems.” He said bored.

I laughed at how much he wanted to go get some more games.

“Go ahead.” I laughed.

He ran quickly to get some more.

“So that’s your kid?” he asked.

“Wtf? He is nine. That would make me seven. How in the hell do you have a child at that age?” I asked.

“Oops! My bad.” He said.

“Yea whatever.” I said and put the game systems into the buggy.

Chris was finally ready and we approached the cashier. And just our luck. Another werewolf. She smiled at us and we smiled back.

“So you are new?” she asked.

“Yea we just moved here.” I said trying to make small talk.

“Well these are sure a lot of games and systems.” She said.

“Yea we play games on our free time.” I said.

“So what school are you going to?” she asked.

“I’m suppose to go to Mendy High.” I said.

“Cool I go there too.” She said.

‘Oh great.’ I thought.

‘Stop being that way.’ My wolf said.

I sighed and mentally nodded.

“Oh really? Nice.” I said.

“Yea. Your total is $2,045.68.” she said.

“I got it.” A voice said.

“Oh hey Andrew. Well aren’t you being nice.” She said.

“What’s up Cindy?” Andrew said.

I wanted so bad to snap at this low rank but I couldn’t and plus I never treated my pack members that way. Well that was until HE betrayed us. Now I don’t trust males. I can tell I don’t just by the way I feel around him.

“Thank you for your generosity but my sister can pay it herself.” My brother said.

I smiled and gave her cash. Her eyes went wide and so did “Andrew’s”. She bagged it up and we thanked her before putting it in the car and driving to get something to eat from the Hibachi Grill.
