Chapter 2

Lia POV

I ran upstairs to put on some shoes. I looked in my closet and put on my pink and grey Nike slides. I ran downstairs and grabbed my keys and phone . I went outside and locked the door. Jai stood my the car talking to a light skinned boy that I remember from 8th grade in middle school. They both turned and looked at me and gave me a funny look. I brushed it off and waved at him while getting in the car. He nodded his head 'wassup' and told Jai he would talk to her later. On the way to the mall she turned up the music.

Wait a minute baby going too fast imma turn back 2x don't even know what we're fighting for damn I need a minute so baby keep your distance heard it all so imma just go to rather wait it up I just need some time aloneee damn well hand me my keys I just wanna leave get in my car and imma just drive all night turn off my phone radio on and drive so I'm just speeding down the rode and my head out of control cause I'm thinking bout you all the way home got a long way to ride and I can't even deny I been thinking bout you all the way home wait a minute baby oh goin too fast imma turn back thinking bout you all the way home 2x

Jai POV

I heard my song so I turned the music up and started singing along. I turned over and looked at Lia who just stared at me. I laughed and so did she.

"I can sing right?" I asked laughing.

"Nope.." Lia said.

"Okay.." I said.

"I'm just playing hell yeah you can sing."

I gave her a big smile. When we pulled up to the mall my phone vibrated meaning somebody texted me. I looked down and it was my baby Rakir.

Baeee: bae what you doing

Me: at the mall with Lia wassup

Baeee: oh that's koo

Me: yeah love you bye✌

Baeee: love you too bye✌

After that I looked up and seen Lia was lookin at me like bitch come on now. I started laughing a little and we walked in the mall. First we went to Victoria ' Secret and got some panties and bras for her and me then we went to Footlocker and I bought me some new j's and Lia some too.

"I'm hungry" Lia said.

"Me too let's go to the food court" I said.

"Okay what you gon get?" She asked me as we walked to the food court.

Lia POV

"I want some chicken how bout you?" I asked while walking in the food court.

"I want some too." Jai said not sure.

"You sure?" I asked making sure.

"Yeah." She said.

After we ate we headed home to find Rakir and Cory on the couch watching the game yelling at the screen. We walked in with the bags as if they didn't notice until Jai came back with the leftover chicken. They jumped up.

"Move sit yall hungry asses down and watch yall game!" Jai said yelling at them. They sat down and Rakir pouted while Cory mumbled something under his breath.

"Bae please I missed you all day." Rakir said putting his arms around her waist and kissing her.
They made out for a second then Jai gave Cory the chicken and got up and they ate while watching the game. Me and Jai went upstairs and talked.

"So you remember Savage fine ass?" Jai said smiling and blushing.
"Girl yeah, but you know we can't talk about him since they here." I said while putting away my stuff.

"Girl you know damn well dem niggas ain't gon come up here just to listen to what we talking about they too into that damn game." She said.

"Yeah you right." I said.

A few minutes later, after talking me and Jai we walked downstairs as soon as the game was about to end. When it ended, Cory and I said our goodbyes to Jai and Rakir and went upstairs to go to bed.
