Drew's POV

I looked in her eyes and everything that I loved was there. She meant everything to me. She was the best thing for me. It didn't matter that there was mile long scars on her wrists. It didn't matter that she didn't think that she was good enough for me. Or that her mom has just died. I hugged her to me as she cried on my shoulder, over the news that I had to go back to the XFactor. When she needed me most, I had to leave her. And the worst part was that I didn't even want to leave her. But, what choice did I have?

"Don't cry please, I don't want to leave you. Believe that. I love you with all of my heart and if we get this, then we could have the best life together. Just you and me in a bang house with our children and a dog maybe. But, I only want that with you, because you are made for me, and were soul mates meant to be together for the rest of our lives." I stare into her beautiful eyes, and I want to cry.

"I'm sorry. I don't mean to cry. I just hate that you are going. When I need you the most." Tears start to spring to her eyes again.

" I know. And I hate that I have to leave. But I will call you everyday, and I will get you tickets to every show we do down at the studio, ok?"

She nods and I amiss once more, before holding her hand and leading her to the car that I drove here. We get set up in the car with the guitar in the back and we set off towards her house for our last night together. We get into the house and when she gets in the shower, I get to work on my master plan. I asset the dinner table for a cute couple dinner together, just us and I convince her dad to go see a movie for a couple of hours. Then I cook her favorite dinner, baked ziti and put on my nice tank top and shorts before grabbing a bouquet of roses and a nice bottle of champagne in an ice bucket at the he'd of the table. The candles flicker in the light room and I turn off the lights before going upstairs and laying out a nice sundress that I bought for her. Then, i feel the weight of the ring in my pocket and I smile and sigh before going back downstairs, taking the ziti out of the oven, and waiting for her at the bottom of the stairs.

Jaiden's POV

I came out of the shower, the scars in my wrists and thighs burning and go into my room, seeing a purple sundress laid out on the bed for me. I smile as I open the card laying next to it. "To my beautiful girl. I love you so much and I hate to be leaving you when you need me most. Put this on and meet me downstairs. Love, Drew." I smile as I slide the dress on over my undergarments, and blow dry my hair and apply make up on before putting on my favorite white wedges that I bought when I met Drew and walk down the stairs, where Drew is waiting with a bouquet of white roses and a huge smile on his face when he sees me. I smile back and laugh when Drew makes a sweeping gesture with his arm.

"Hey stranger. What's all this?" I ask taking the flowers from him and inhaling the sweet perfume that they emit.

"A going away party date thing from me to you. This way you can always remember tonight and think of me." He smiles again, his sweet eyes lighting up when he does.

"Okay, we'll let me put these in a vase real quick and then we can commence with the dinner." I walk into the kitchen clipping the ends of the flowers and sticking them in my mom's favorite vase, and poured fresh water into the vase.

I go out into the foyer and meet Drew as he leads me into the dining room. I see the candles, the baked ziti, and the champagne and I want to cry. It is so beautiful in here, and it smells like what mom used to make. He used her recipe. I look at Drew with hopeful eyes as he smiles and leads me to the table. I sit down as he pours some champagne into my glass.

"Do you like it?" He asks with that same goofy grin on his face.

"I love it. You used my mom's recipe, didn't you?"
