I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and the cold breeze hitting my face. I rolled over to bury myself in my boyfriend chest but I fell into empty space. My eyes shot open and I groaned in frustration. I was laying on my stomach and I pushed myself up by my elbows and squinted my eyes open. The sun pierced my vision as I saw him leaning over where the fire was. This is when I realised that we had fallen asleep outside next to the bon-fire.
"Niallerrr." I groaned. "Why are you up so early? Come back to bedddd."
"I got hungry!" And right on cue his stomach grumbled, sending us both into laughing fits.
"What if I got undressed? Would you come back to bed then?" I asked him still giggling. He froze and turned to face me. He looked at what appeared to be food on the bon-fire, then back at me, then towards the food again and then back at me.
"Oh forget it." I grumbled getting up and stomping off back towards the tent. Really? I came second best to food. Of course.
I pulled my hair up into a messy high ponytail and pulled on a pair of mini athlete shorts and a baggy shirt before heading back outside to Niall.
"Yum! Something smells delicious, hope you made enough for m-" I called out walking towards the bonfire but stopping when Niall moved out the way to show a full breakfast set up. He had two plates filled with eggs and bacon with two glasses of juice- his orange, mine black current. There was also a little flower in the middle of the two plates. He stood next to it smiling a cheesy grin.
"It's perfect." I said with a sigh. I pecking him lightly on the lips before sitting down on the foam lounge were we fell asleep. Niall took a seat opposite me. His plate was stacked sky high with eggs and bacon whereas mine has a scoop of scrambled eggs and a couple bits of bacon- which he would probably end up eating anyway. I froze when I realised something was missing, I went to get up when Niall grabbed my wrist.
"What?" He asked.
"I need tom-" I began to explain but stopped when Niall pulled out a bottle of tomato sauce from behind his back.
"Ahh! See! This is why I keep you around!" I screeched, leaning over and kissing him on the nose. I took the bottle of sauce from him and sqeezed it all over my bacon. YUM. Niall's food was already half gone.
"Oh and here I was thinking it was because you loved me." He grumbled out sarcastically, through his mouthful of scrambled eggs.
"Well that was a silly mistake wasn't it!?" I answered taking a bite of my bacon. He paused and glared at me, which made me start hysterically laughing.
"You know I love you, my silly Irish baby." I smirked, reaching over tapping my hand against his chest.
"I dunno. Not so sure anymore." He said pouting.
"Anyway I could prove it to you?" I asked, sipping my juice.
"I can think of a few." He smirked back at me, winking.
"I would! We can't!" I said sadly.
"Sure we can! Mother nature will understand-!" He started rambling on.
"No. I mean, yes we could. But not now, I can't..." I spoke slowly hoping he would catch on.
"Nooo!" He shouted dramatically, flopping backwards. His poked his head up, "NOT YOUR CRIME SCENE!" He face palmed himself. As to why he calls it that, I will never understand.
"I think it's over, I just wanna be sure..." I said rubbing his thigh. He sat back up again starring at his near-empty plate of food.
"Here I was thinking mother-nature would be on my side..." He mumbled to himself. I giggled slightly and he looked up at me with a glare.
