Chapter fifteen
Mandy was waiting by my locker when i got to school, she looked really worried. She ran towards me and started talking a mile-a-minute.
"Calm down Mandy, what's wrong?" I asked her
"Adam asked me out!" she yelled.
"Isn't that a good thing?"
"yes but I don't know where we are going on the date, like should I dress casual maybe we are going bowling, or maybe fancy incase he takes me to a restaurant, or what if we just go to the movies? O-M-G how am i going to do my hair! You have to help me Abby." ranted Mandy all in one breath.
"Don't worry! Come over to my house after school and me and Brandy will help you with your hair and then we can all go shopping to buy you an outfit.'
"Wow, thank you SO much!" sighed Mandy.

Landon's POV
I still felt horrible about the way I acted in front of Abby, I knew she had forgiven me but I know she hasn't forgotten. I wish I could erase the memory of the look on her face before she turned and walked away. I knew I deeply hurt her, and every time I look at her and she's happy, I memorize the way she looks and I she looks unlike any girl I have ever seen I somehow want to be the person who is always making her happy.
School was over so I headed to the student parking lot and started walking towards my car. But then I noticed the usual group of girls huddled around it giggling, it was too late to turn around and walk back they had already noticed me so I put my head down and tried to get to the driver side door of my car. I unlocked in and immediately girls started pushing and shoving each other to get in my car. Four girls squished themselves into the backseat and two chicks were currently wrestling for shotgun.
"Where are you headed?" said a feminine voice from behind me, without even turning around I could tell who it was.
"Just for a drive Candace, you can't come and neither can any of your slutty friends!" I know that was a little harsh but I just couldn't deal with this right now. If Abby saw me with any of these girls hanging out of my car she would probably get the wrong idea and get mad at me again, I just can't stand her being mad at me.
"Oh come on, if I can come with you I know I could make you more happy then that whiny little whore Abby." Said Candace with a sneer on her face.
The way she spit out Abby's name like it was infectious made me want to seriously shout every mean thing I could think of at her! I just couldn't stand the way she thought of Abby. She doesn't even know her and she has the guts to call her a whore?
"Don't you dare say that about Abby." I said in a calm but frigid voice. "Just get you and your trashy friends away from car and leave me alone." She immediately started backing away from me but I knew that my peace and quiet wouldn't last for long and she would be back at my lunch table with her friends flirting their brains out with me and my friends.
The girls in my car even got out and followed Candace away. I got in my car and headed for no direction in particular and I drove quite far in the wrong direction of my house. I must have drove for a pretty long time but before I knew I found myself parked in front Abby's house and I was walking towards her front door.
