Eisuke POV

"Where could she have gone?" I said. She's not in the hotel, she's not at home... . "Maybe she's with her friends." Ota suggests. "I don't have their numbers" I said worriedly. "Well luckily for you I do." Baba says. "But how" i asked. "Shhh.. it's a secret" Baba winks.
"Did he just wink at you?" Ota laughs. "You have a thing for guys Baba?" Ota asked surprised. "Never mind that I have to find Nichole." Eisuke says dialing the number from Baba's phone.

"Hello Baba!" Said cheery voice over the phone.

"Is this Chisato?"

"Yes may I help you?" Chisato asks.

"I'm Eisuke Ichinomiya and I-

"Eisuke! Have you seen Nichole?" Chisato asks worriedly.

"Actually, that's what I'm calling for. She didn't come home last night after the party." I said. "Well why, is she alright?" She asked. "It was a big misunderstanding and I really need to find her." I said. "Did you see her leave with anyone at all?" "I'm sorry but I haven't seen Nichole since yesterday morning. We parted ways this mornimg when she went to take care of the finishing touches for the prince's birthday party. I'm sorry." She said. Where could she be? Wait, the prince? "Thanks, that'll be all." I said then quickly hung up. I gave Baba his phone back, "I think I know where she might be." I said. "Where?" Ota asked. "With the prince...."

Joshua POV

I was in the ballroom playing on the piano. I tried to focus on the music but my mind kept wandering back to Nichole. She was so good with those kids, she really would make a great queen. DresVann needs her. That was my first time really visiting the village. I mean it knew it was bad, but not that bad. It really opened my eyes more, she really opened my eyes more. I remember all the paint on her face and laugh to myself. And the smile she had when she was with the children that smile. I should invite her out to lunch and take her somewhere special as a thanks you. With that decided, I get up from the piano and head up to Nichole's room.

Nichole POV

It's been nice being here in DresVann, I'll sometimes explore the kingdom and visit it's library or go out to the stalls and brush the horses. But my favorite place of all is the rose garden. It's where I go read the books I find in the library. I just find it so peaceful there. It's such a stress free environment here. I don't have to worry about work, auctions, or Eisuke. I miss him, but I guess he doesn't need me anymore... Just then, I hear a knock on my door.

*knock knock*

"Come in!"

The door opens and it's Joshua.
"H-Hey, I wanted to know if you wanted to have lunch with me in the garden. Then afterwards, I wanted to take you somewhere." Joshua said. He awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck and looked away. "Um sure." I said. "Okay, meet me in the garden when you're ready." He said then left the room. "Wow, he left out here in a hurry," Well I guess I should get ready. He said we're having lunch in the garden, what should I wear? I decided to put on a simple sundress. I looked at myself in the mirror, "is this okay?" I said to myself. Relax Nichole. I fixed my hair and put on some lip gloss. I looked myself over in the mirror one more time then headed downstairs.

Joshau POV

I noticed how much Nichole loved spending time in the rose garden so I decided we could have lunch out here. I made sure everything was set as I waited for her. "Joshua?" I turned to the direction of which I heard my name being called. There I saw Nichole, she looked beautiful. No rose in this entire garden could compare to her beauty. "You look beautiful." I said honesty. Shall we?" I pulled out the chair for her to sit down.

Nichole POV

I walked out to the garden and saw the beautiful lunch that was set up. "Joshua?" He turned to me and froze. What is it? Am I over dressed? "You look very beautiful." He said. I looked down so he couldn't see me blush. "T-Thank you." I said. "Shall we?" He pulled out a chair for me. After I sat down, I admired the little setup. It's cute. Joshua sat across from me, " Shall we eat?" He said. "Okay." I said. There were two servings of Szechwan Shrimp. It looked delicious, I wasted no time in tasting it. Wow, this was great! "Ho-How is it?" He said. He seemed nervous. "This is amazing! "Really?" He said shockingly. "Yes! The rice is nicely cooked and the shrimp taste extreamly fresh." I said. "The chef is amazing." He quiet for a moment, was it something I said? "Actually, I made it." He said. "What?!" Now it was my turn to be shocked. I would've never guessed Joshau was a cook, a great cook at that. He never stops surprising me.

After we finished lunch, I remembered something. "Um Joshau, where was it that you wanted to take me?" I asked. "Oh, yes. Follow me." He said. Joshua took my hand and led me to a wide open field. "Um what are we doing here?" I asked. "We're going horse riding." He said. What! " I don't know how to ride a horse Joshau." I said. "That's fine." He said. "That's why you're riding on the back of mine."

Before I know it, there's a horse being saddled in front of me. "This is Winter, Winter this is Nichole." Joshua said. I ran my fingers through her soft mane. "Is this the horse we're riding?" I asked. "Yup." He said. Joshua mounted Winter and held out his hand. "Give me your hand." I nervously took his hand and he hoisted me up on the horse. Joshau wrapped my arms around his waist. "Hold on tight okay?" He said. "O-okay." I said. "Just relax, I'll go slow at first." He said. I felt more calm from Joshua's reasurring words and calm and gentle voice.

Before I know it, we're riding through the field at a steady pace. I'm scared, "um Joshua, can you slow down?" I said. "Calm down, everything's fine. Trust me." He said. I take a deep breath and try to relax. I try to distract myself by looking at all the beautiful roses. I'm so occupied from the beauty of the garden, I don't even notice that we've sped up and I'm resting my head on Joshua's back.
