Chappity Six

As I walked in to Dan's flat my only thought was. Wow he really is a giant nerd. Literally and figuratively. It was a nice flat though relatively spacious and well kept with a lot of video game references all around. Dan walked in kicked off his shoes and threw the flat keys on the coffee table.

"Phil!" he yelled. "I'm here!"

Phil emerged from the kitchen looking sheepish with his hand in a box of cereal.

"Were you eating my cereal again?" Dan asked as he gave Phil a look.

"I can't help it!" Phil whined playfully.

Dan rolled his eyes and Phil jumped forward towards me. "Hey Jess! Nice to meet you I'm Phil Lester." He held out his hand for me to shake with an adorable smile on his face.

I smiled at Phil and thanking him and Dan again for letting me stay with them.

"Anything for a friend." Phil replied almost right away.

We were friends? Well friends are someone to rely on and Dan and Phil had definitely proven trustworthy so far.

My thoughts were broken by Dan asking me. "So.... What do you wanna do?"

"I'm kinda tired..." My voice trailed off.

"I'll go get you some clothes to sleep in." Dan responded quickly and went into the other room.

"So where do you wanna sleep?" Phil asked.

"Wherever you guys will have me."

Phil laughed. "You can sleep wherever you want."

I edged toward the couch. "I'll sleep here." Dan appeared with one of his t-shirts and some sweatpants.

"No you can sleep in my room." Dan offered. "I'll sleep on the couch for tonight." He handed me the t-shirt and sweatpants and showed me to his room.

I turned around and looked at Dan gratefully. "Good night."

He smiled and said "Good night Jess."

Oops this chapter was short too! You people need to convince me to write long chapters! JK you guys are great. The next chapter is long I promise!
