"No." I told Dan. "That sounds like an awful idea.'' I shifted uncomfortably.
"Why?" Dan and Phil said in unison and both gave me puppy dog eyes. I felt like an awful person.
"I barely even know you guys." I said. "You helped me out of a bind."
"But you seem really awesome." I stated. "But I don't know if it's best for me."
Dan and Phil looked sad but they nodded.
Suddenly I thought it was a great idea. Maybe this was a good thing. To do something spontaneous and new that I'd never done in my life.
I broke the silence with. "I'll move in with you guys."
"Really?" Phil asked.
I nodded. "At least until I can find a place nearby." Dan slung his arm around me and we walked home joyously.
