Loved

Connie and Jacob left the board room and headed down to the ED.
Zoe came up to them smirking, "next time be more discreet, you missed a button Connie" she said then looked Jacob up and down, "and your flys open" she whispered.
"Err yes thank you Zoe" Connie said then she grabbed Jacob by the arm pulling him towards her office.
"Well today's been fun" Jacob said sitting down on her couch.
"Yes, well I can drop you off with your car then you can follow me home if you like" Connie replied.
"Ok Queen Bee, I like that idea" he said.
"Do you want to stay over?" Connie asked him.
"If that's ok with you Sweetcheeks" he said.
"I wouldn't of asked if it wasn't!" Connie said laughing at him.

Connie dropped Jacob off at his car then he followed her home. They went in and got changed into some casual comfy clothes then sat on the couch and switched on the TV.
Jacob was scrolling through Netflix whilst Connie was ordering a takeout.
He decided on The Conjuring then pressed play and pulled Connie closer to him.
"When will the pizza be here?" He asked her.
"Half an hour" she said then he kissed the side of the head gently.

Connie was snuggling up to Jacob when the pizza arrived so he paused the movie and slowly moved from underneath her then went to collect it.
He returned with the box then she sat up allowing him to resume his position before she resumed hers.
They ate the pizza in silent before discarding the box on the floor and getting closer to each other.
"I love you Jacob" Connie said as she entwined their hands.
Jacob smiled, "I love you too Sweetcheeks" he replied and squeezed her hand gently.

After the movie had finished they chose another one, 50 shades of grey, but half way through the movie Connie was already asleep. Jacob switched the TV off then lifted her head up slightly off his shoulder then he stood up from the couch and tucked his arm underneath her picking her up. She started to stir but relaxed against him as she got comfortable again. He carried her upstairs flicking the light off on the way then into her bedroom.
He pulled back the cover and laid her down, luckily she was only wearing joggers and a vest top so she could sleep comfortably.
He removed his shirt and joggers then climbed into bed with her and wrapped his arms around her tiny frame before kissing the top of her head.

Connie woke up the next morning in his arms reaslising that she had fallen asleep on the couch. She was wondering how she got to bed but part of her knew Jacob had carried her.
She smiled and turned over slowly and placed her head on his chest feeling the rise of his chest for around 15 minutes until she felt him move underneath her.
"Good morning" he mumbled.
"Good morning babe" Connie said then she sat up and kissed his lips gently.
"That was the best nights sleep I've ever had" Jacob said.
"I never want this moment to end" Connie said.
"It doesn't have too, it's our day off remember" Jacob told her.
"In that case, stay with me, I feel so loved and safe in your arms" Connie said.
"Of course I'll stay with you Sweetcheeks. I love you baby" Jacob replied.
"I love you too Jacob" she said then she snuggled closer into him.
