Chapter 7
Mid November
"Percy, would you mind delivering this note to Professor Trelawney for me?" Minerva asked me "I know it's your free block right now, but I need to prepare for my next class."
"No problem, Minerva," she hands me the piece of parchment.
I was walking up the marble staircase. It was completely blocked by students. I heard Percy Weasley's voice yelling above them "I'm head boy! Out of the way! You can't of all forgotten the password." I choked back a laugh.
"What is going on here?" I yell in my authoritative teacher voice. For the most part, the are all quiet. "Well?" They're all quiet. "Percy. What is happening?"
"Professor, the Fat Lady, isn't there." he informs me. He moves aside to show the blank canvas with three large slashes in it.
"Oh! Well, Isaia, go get Professor Mcgonagall and Dumbledore." I directed a second year. He ran off to the Great Hall.
"Have any of you seen the Fat Lady in other paintings?" I yell to everyone.
"I saw her!" Peeves the poltergeist giggled.
"Would you care to share this information."
"She's hiding in an African landscape up in the third floor." he giggled again "He's a nasty temper that one."
Minerva and Albus came up behind me.
"Who does, Peeves?" Albus said in a warning tone
"Sirius Black." the poltergeist then bounced down the hallway.
"Follow him." Albus ordered. I rushed after him. I stumbled a bit, running down the stairs. He led me right to the third floor hallway that contained three paintings of African landscapes. The fat lady was hiding behind a fairly large hippopotamus.
"Are you okay?" I call out to her
"He- he- he tried to- to kill me!" she sobbed
"He's gone now." I tell her
"What about my canvas?" she whimpered "It's ruined!"
"I'm sure Dumbledore will have Filch fix it." I assured her "Now do you have a friend to stay with during the meantime?"
"I s'pose I can stay with Violet." she sniffed.
"You go to her now." I instructed. "We'll find someone to take up your position at the entrance to Gryffindor tower."
"Thank you Professor White." she cried
I smiled at her.
"I expect Dumbledore wants to talk to you. Would you mind accompanying me?" she nods and treks after me along the walls.

Early December
"D'you fancy getting a Butterbeer with me?" Remus asked me
"Sure." I smiled. "We never did end up having tea."
The two of us caught a carriage up to Hogsmeade. We walked into the three broomstick and got a table.
"Thanks Rosmerta." Remus mumbled when she brought us our drinks.
"'ello Percy, 'ello Remus." Hagrid mumbled to us. He passed by to sit with a group of teachers.
"So where'd you get that scars?" Remus points to the scar that lined my cheekbone.
My fingers absentmindedly trail to it. "I was kind of clumsy during my second year and a spell meant to cut my hair bounced off the mirror and hit my cheek." I look up from my drink and my eyes fall on the scars on his neck and face. "What about you?" I asked
