  Do you ever find yourself telling yourself what you are and arent allowed to feel? Do you ever find anyone else doing that for you? Dont let yourself or others tell you what you can and can't feel. If you are upset because of something small, be upset, it's okay. You have the right to feel any emotion you want to. Dont tell yourself not to feel something. You may think it's healthy, but its not. You're only suppressing your negative feelings and eventually they'll come to the surface in a much uglier manner. Think about this. Do you tell yourself not to be happy when you're happy? No? So why do that when you're sad or upset? Pain and unhappiness demand to be felt just as much as peace or relief and happiness do..
