18 - Paris Attack

75 13 6

In the shadow of the Eiffel,

A tragedy has taken place,

Some monsters got some rifles,

To blow up bodies case by case.

What I don't understand is,

What they gained out of this,

The city of love has been tainted,

A dose of hate has been injected.

So I pray for those departed,

I pray for those alive,

May we stand against the cruel hearted,

To ensure that goodness thrives.

//This poem is in light of the tragic recent events that occurred in Paris on 13th of November. May peace be restored there soon.//
