"Christian if you don't get in the car now I'm leaving without you and you can walk to school."  I tell heading my voice to above the stairs as I grab my keys and coffee.

"Okay then I won't go to school." He pops out of his room.

"I'll call your dad I won't let you act like this." I cross my arms to show my stand.

Chris rolls his eyes, "The only words you seem to gather to my father is Hi and Bye, good luck complaining to him."

"Get in the car." I instruct him but he doesn't listen, "Now!" I scream with force and he begins to follow me to the car.

Once we get in Christian runs his fingers through his hair trying I get it to stay in one place. It reminds me of when Cameron was younger and had the same problem.

"I hate this uniform." He mumbles as he stretches his arms out of his very posh looking uniform. Even I have to admit it looks like he is part of the military.

"Blame your father he insisted you go to the best school in the country." I roll me eyes.

"He said he wants me to be proper and well spoken. All guys school that is leading me to depression lucky I have pot to fix that " he laughs then realised what he just said.

"Oh my gosh Chris! Don't tell me that! I'm your mom were not supposed to know that."

"Aren't your mad?"

"Chris baby I know everything about you and I mean everything. Your supplier is your fathers best friend and up with everything else you do, I keep an eye on you."

If your wondering why I'm so calm it is because I would never let anyone sell the real stuff to him and Cameron would murder the person.

"How's Kelsey?" I ask raising my brow.

"I don't like her she is annoying as fuck." He groans rubbing his temples.

"You realised that after or before you had her secretly hidden in your room all weekend."  I question.

"I thought you were away..."

"You think I don't have security cameras around my property that has expensive property and my most important thing my son!" I try to put on my best proper sound.

"Mom chill your to much knowing of my life." Christian rolls his eyes matching mine.

"You know if you keep rolling your eyes they will fall out." I warn.

"That's what dad says." Christian mutters.

I pull up in front of the school and drop him off

"Your picking me up to take me to dad's yeah?" He pops his head through the window and I nod.

"Have a great day honey." I wave before driving off.

My day is filled up with organising my company for my next few weeks of on vacation in Bora Bora, my absolute dream location.

I think about everything that were going to do when we get there as I drive Christian to Cameron's house.

"Bye mom." Christian calls out to me.

"I love you too!" I scream back.

As I'm about to drive off Cameron runs out of the house and taps on the car.

"Melissa, hey." He is clearly out of breath.

"Hi." I reply simply not trying to act affected.

"Boys right never telling their true feelings." He laughs and I nod in agreement, I seriously need to go.

"You guys should seriously start fucking again, you both aren't getting any younger." Christian adds in behind Cameron.

"Have respect!" Cameron tells him with a stern voice whacking him on the back of the head as he scurried inside.

"Kids these days." He laughs and I nod with a slight smile.

"So your both heading off for vacation soon?" He asks.

"Well you took him to Europe last year so it's my turn." I state.

"It was more business, teaching Chris what I do and how to accomplish them."

"Business includes strippers does it?" I ask disappointed but not shocked when Christian told me.

"Oh it was a moment of fun business is always a priority."

"It was a priority you choose over me." I remind him silently.

I know Cameron is a changed person I can see it with the way he treats Christian and his family now he acts respectable and mature. I just need him to convince me and convince me.

"Yo-"

"It's fine I should of never brought it up, I seriously need to go." I lie.

"Look where we are Mel! Divorced and barley talking to each other. I still love you and always will, always have."

"Always doesn't mean anything but a reminder of what we could of had."

"Please don't do this Mel!"

"Stop calling me Mel and don't tell me what to do! You fucked up so bad and I begged for you back and every time you give me a slight hope of  being together again but you disconnect from me." I begin to get teary but don't let myself.

"I want to come to Bora. I think I've learnt now what family means and how I can convince you and make it up to our family."  He tells me with begging eyes.

"17 years I've waited. Wished for you to say those words to me but it's too late. When I begged on my knees you didn't budge but all of a sudden, you find a grey hair, realise that your bank accounts are flowing with unused money and your sons a man and it's scaring you to be alone for the rest of your life."

"I wasn't ready back then. I was immature and selfish and my dick was attached to my head. I didn't- I couldn't have a family I wasn't sure how to be with others and live so I pushed you aside. I'm ready now. Really ready. I want to give us another shot and I know your mad at me and think I'm a monster which I am but you make me alive when I see you once a week it keeps me sane. I've matured, made decision the right ones and I look back and know I was a idiot, I'm not going to keep going because you know what I'm going to blab on about. I'm ready for you Melissa and if you are I'm prepared to give you everything, will you join me?"
