I drove to the hospital as quick as I could with Alfie sitting in the passenger seat next to me.
"Alfie..." I sighed "What if Y/N dies, what if bad things happen to the baby? Y/N is Joe's first ever true love..."
"Well after Mila Kunis"
"Alfie this is no time for joking around this is SERIOUS!" I exaggerated serious...
"Come on Zoe I'm sure nothing's gonna happen... Y/N's strong, she's a fighter... She can make it through anything!"
"That's true... Thanks Alfie!"
"No problem" he gave me a kiss on the cheek.

*2 hours later*
"JOE IS SHE ALRIGHT" I was having another panic attack...
"I don't know..."
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT KNOW DONT YOU LOVE HER ENOUGH TO GO IN AND SEE HER!"
"They won't let me in..."
Now I felt like a dickhead "Oh my god Joe I'm sooo sorry for getting mad at you like that!"
"It's ok Zo it's just your panic attacks..."
"I'm glad you understand"
We engulfed each other in a hug.
"You can see her now" the doctor called
We walked in to find Y/N hooked up onto thousands of monitors
"She was injured pretty badly and she may have memory loss..." The doctor said
"What about the baby please tell me the baby's alright!" Joe screamed
"The baby! Check the baby!" The doctor screamed to a midwife.
"Doctor the baby is injured pretty badly too we are going to have to keep her on the hospital for around a week." The midwife replied
"Hello?"
"Where am I?"
"Y/N are you ok?"
"Who's Y/N?"
"You're Y/N and I'm your fiancé Joe"
"You proposed?" I asked
"Yeah around 4 hours ago."
"Joe? Joe Joe Joe? That name rings a bell."
We all smiled
"Are you my goldfish?"
We all frowned
"Well I guess she doesn't remember me..."
"Wait she had a goldfish named Joe?" Alfie asked
"Shut up Alfie!" I punched him in the shoulder.
"Ok ok I'm sorry..."
"Why not me why wasn't I the one driving we shouldn't have web been driving she's pregnant for fucks sake!"
"Joe don't be like that! Things happen for a reason maybe there's a conclusion to this..." Alfie quoted
"Yeah bu-"
"Shut up Joe Y/N will get through this she will stay alive and so will that baby. Now you are going to shut up and we are going to stay here for as long as we can even if it takes all night even if it takes all month... Even if it takes all year!"

Joe's POV:
10:43pm
I took out my phone and showed her YouTube and a video of me.
"...and I'll see you next week for another Sugg Sunday Special. HOO HOO!"
I did my outright and after that she gave me a kiss on the lips.
"Joe?"
"Y/N!"
"I remember everything now!" "The book signings, the proposals, the crash, the baby... THE BABY!! My baby is it alright?"
"The baby... It's injured pretty badly you need to stay in hospital hooked up to these monitors for about a week..."
"Joe?"
"Yes, Love?"
"Have you had any sleep?"
"No... Why?"
"Go home and sleep I'll be fine I promise"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes Joe just go!"
"Ok Y/N I'll be back tomorrow at 9"
"But don't you have your book signings?"
"I cancelled a few of them so I could look after you!"
"Joe you didn't need to do that!"
"No Y/N I need to look after you!"
"Joe, Alfie and Zoe can look after me."
"Just uncancel your book signings"
"If you insist! Get well soon, Love!" He kissed my forehead.
Then he walked out the door.
