I forced myself to move to get out of the car I ran as fast as I could arms open and hugged them like I hadn't seen them in years. I spoke gently "what happened?" "Well you see once you went for your morning walk I wasn't feeling well so I woke up and decided to grab a nutrition bar, but then I smelt smoke and I immediately panicked so I woke up Jack and ran to the door but once again a big, fat, orange lock sat hanging from the handle no key in sight. I had to act fast so I thought I should try to break the wood panels along the side of the house they were old and damaged anyways so after a few hits they cracked right open and me and Jack were free and headed as far away as we could. "So that's how you got all the scratches and bruises?" " Yeah." "Well let's get going" my father said "where are we going?" "Well that's the thing anywhere we put you he will find you." "Ok so what do we do?" I said impatiently. "Listen do you guys trust me?" "Yes" me and Jack said my mother ignoring him. "Stop number one." He said at a large school with tons of kids playing outside."Your up" he said pointing to me. "What?" I said my nerves kicking in. "Listen the only way he won't find you is if you are split up besides the people that you will be staying with I am very close with." "Mom your not going to let him do this are you?" "Well, umm listen normally I would object but I think it's a good idea if we all just stay together and keep moving houses he will keep on finding us." A tear ran down my face "so when will I see you again?" My father spoke in a loud clear voice "well listen I am going to go and work things out I will send you letters updating you each week and then as soon as that's done I will pick you all up drop you off at a brand new home and I will go back to New York where I belong." "Do I have to go now?" "Take all the time you need"he said I looked at my mother than at Jack "but I have no clothes, nothing to wear." "Your fake Mother Linda will take care of it all now I think you should go we have two other stops to make." "Ok" I wiped my tears."You'll be fine dear, I love you so much." " I love you too, I love you all." I said mumbling because of the tears in my eyes and the lump in my throat. I gave Jack a high five and opened the door. My father followed a said "Linda will be there right after school right where I am parked." "Ok thank you but please put my family somewhere nice" "I will don't worry" he walked into a large room with two older ladies at large desks working. "Hello I'm dropping off my daughter it's her first day she is new to the area" "oh ok you must be Alana right this way." She walked me down a large hallway and into a big room with lots of kids she opened the door everyone stopped and starred.
