The next morning I dreaded the walk to school but I made sure I could go there early to get my stuff from the girls bathroom now that I had a backpack and binders I could put my stuff in there. I walked toward the bathroom and opened the stall door my bag was torn apart all over the bathroom floor and papers drenched in toilet water. It was my own fault I sighed then went to Mrs.Houston's classroom I told her that I had be having a rough first day and lost my papers, I promised that I would be much more careful. After I got my sheets I filled my binders then decided I needed to find a new spot to put my stuff. I searched but after a while I noticed I was leaving a long trail of mud throughout the hallway. There was a supply closet beside my classroom I opened it and there was brooms, mops, cleaning supplies I grabbed the broom and swept up my mess. Then decided that was a great spot to put my stuff I stacked it all in the shelf behind the toilet cleaner. After class it was lunch and I got some food from the cafeteria there were barely any seats left and I didn't really feel like socializing so I walked back to the supply closet and opened the door to my surprise there was an older man chomping down on some cafeteria food himself." I am so sorry I am new here and I just" "don't worry about it kids are jerks" "finally someone understands me. I'm Alaina what's your name?" "I'm Teddy but you can call me Ted." "Hey are you the one who cleaned up the hallway this morning?" "Yeah" "that's was such a big help thank you." "No problem anytime" I said "well listen kid I like you, you can come back anytime you like." " thank you" we chatted all lunch until the bell rang. I grabbed my stuff then ran to class I could hear the girls talking about me behind my back I tried to ignore them but the laughing was extremely hard to ignore. Everything was fine at home I hadn't gotten any letters yet but I figured the mail was slow and everyone was still settling in. Although it was killing me inside not being able to tell my mom everything that was going on. The next day me and Ted chatted all about the mean girls who surprisingly we agreed on. In the hallway on the way to class Ted pretended to hit the mean girls with his garbage cart when she wasn't looking. Then when we were in gym class Ted told them he accidentally threw their gym clothes out and they were only in the garbage can for a while they were still good. It was a lie but it was still funny to see all the girls freak out that their gym clothes were put in the trash just for a second. At lunch time me and Ted laughed so hard about all the fun tricks we did to get back at them.
