Stiles

"I'm a what? No no is this some kind of a joke? Are you guys pranking me? Where's Scott I know this was his idea." I started laughing maniacly. This was a joke and what the hell is even a fox supposed to be. When i stopped laughing I looked up seeing Derek and Deaton with blank expressions.
"Stiles I'm serious." Deaton said. I glanced at Derek who just nodded his head. I shook my head in disbelief it couldn't be I'm just human always has been and always will be. I was never bitten or anything.
"I don't understand."
"We'll explain everything." Deaton started. "A fox is a supernatural being that has many abileties similar to werewolves like increased hearing, seight and agillity but they are much faster than them and they can heal fast..." Deaton was cut off by someone opening the doors. A girl with wavy auburn hair that reached below her shoulders. Her eyes were a mix between orange and red. She had a scar that went from her jaw to above her left cheek. She looked pretty. And a tall and well built guy was standing behind her. His eyes were a dark yellow a little different from the werewolf betas. He had short brown hair and a stubble covering  his chin walked in.
"Ah yes Stiles I would like you too meet Harland and Reed the only foxes known to still live in Beacon Hills. I asked the to come and help you." I felt Derek softly grabing my arm.
"Nice to meet you newbie." The girl Harland said with a smile tugging at the corners of her lips.
"We're here to answer all your questions." The guy Reed added he seemed more calm and less sarcastic.
"First I would like to know how this all happend."
"Well it was triggerd after you, Scott and Allison came back from the dead. It was inside you all this time but it was never triggerd before." Deaton added.
"Uhmm okay can you tell me more I need to know more."
"Well this is going to take long." Harland said the grin not disappearing.
" Fox's  main strength is the ability to sense danger meaning that if someone is out to get us we can sense that and hide, escape, prepare to fight or trick the enemy that's why we're known to be tricksters. We're actually faster than werewolves and we can think faster which seems like nothing but it's actually very important."
"If you need some time to gather it all..." I shook my head.
Reed continued after Harland. His voice was calm and soothing. "You can also trick people into doing what you want but that only works on humans." He took a deep breath looking at Deaton like he was asking for some kind of approval. Deaton slowly nodded his head.
"And..uhm werewolves are kind of our enemy."
"Wait what? Does that mean I can't hang out with my friends?" I looked at Derek, who was standing next to me. He shook his head looking straight into my eyes.
"No you can always hang out with us it's just that you shouldn't befriend any other one." He grinned. Derek Hale grinned at me and that surprised me more than anything else I heard today. But that also calmed me down.
"Wait what about my nightmares?" I asked.
"They'll stop it's just now when you're going through healing and the transition." Harland said grabbing something that looked like a mirror from the desk and placing it before my eyes. When I saw the reflection I froze. My eyes, they were glowing, a dark yellow.
"They'll go away after about three days but for now you can't show them to anyone." Deaton said placing a pair of black sunglasses In my hands.
" I suggest you stay with Derek for now since you are currently the most vurnable."
Harland placed a hand on my shoulder " You're going to get used to it."
They were already on their way out when she turned back.
" Oh and if you need us we'll know." She winked at me exiting the room. I looked confusingly between Derek and Deaton. Deaton gave me a few more pointers that would aperantly going to help. And the big think: I'm supposed to stay with Derek until my nightmares stopped and I could control the appearance of my eyes. I didn't know how to feel about this since Derek always seemed like I wasn't his cup of tea but now we were stuck together. Maybe now he'll see me as something much more important than just a human that always needed saving. Guess I already found something good in this weird supernatural situation.

"That girl was sort of cute." I said as we were walking towards the car.
"She'd never go for someone like you." Derek snapped at me and that kinda hurts. I narrowed my eyes.
"Don't be such a sourwolf." He growled at me forcefully taking the sunglasses from my hands and placing them on my nose.
"Hey wait what should I tell my dad I mean I don't think he's going to approve of me staying at an older guys apartment." I joked.
"I'll take care of that." He said getting into the car.

As we got into my house Derek grabbed my arm yanking me closer to him.
"I'll go talk to your dad and you pack your stuff." I gave him a nodded and ran upstairs to my room. I grabbed a duffel bag from the closet and started throwing in stuff I needed. I tried to be quiet as possible so I was able to listen to the conversation downstairs. I didn't hear any yelling or shouting I mean my dad probably wouldn't yell but just what was Derek telling him. I guess my super senses haven't kicked in yet. I threw the bag over my shoulder and closed the door behind me. I ran back downstairs seeing my dad and Derek waiting. My dad pulled me in for a tight hug.
"Be careful and call me everyday."
"Don't worry I'll be just fine."

"So what did you tell him?" I asked not turning my gaze away from the road.
"The truth."
"Wait what?" Did Derek really told my dad I'm a freaking supernatural being. It still sounds weird every time I say it. Derek gave me a small nod. I took of my sunglasses seeing the reflection in the windshield. I removed my gaze. Yesterday I was just a normal human in a town full of supernatural  beings and today I am one of them.
"Have you told Scott yet?" Derek asked snapping me awake from my thoughts.
"Uhm no not yet." I knew I had to tell Scott sooner or later but not like this not when my eyes won't stop glowing yellow. Well he is a werewolf so he had to understand it I kept telling myself. I sighed deeply throwing my head back.

"You can take my room for now." Derek said turning on the lights. Wait did Derek Hale say I can stay in his room. I was pretty shocked you could say I even tried arguing to let me sleep on the couch, but I was to tired and he would probably rip my throat out. I nodded my head and went up to his room. I rested my hands on the kitchen sink staring directly into my reflection, my eyes. I felt like there was something off not just the glowing eyes.
When you look in the mirror,
Tell me what do you see,
Cus I saw the devil smiling right back at me.
I spun around. There was nothing there the voices were all in my head. I splashed my face with some cold water and jumped in the shower. I wrapped a towel around me and searched through my bag for pjs.
I layed in bed. I wated for Derek to walk through the door but as I realized he never will I slowly drifted to sleep.
