"Well!" Sapphire said, clearly agitated. We have been walking for about five minuets and I haven't said a word to her. I decided to talk, but change the subject.
"Sapphire is a long name, and it's kind of a lot to say. Do you have a nickname?" I asked innocently. She glared daggers at me.
"Really! A nickname! That's what you care about! No I don't have a nickname!" She spat at me
"You should have one." Cataleta said. Caching on to what I was doing.
"Yeah, how about Fire?" I asked "Nononono, How about Sapphie?!"
"Sapphie! Really, Sapphie?!" Sapphie asked.
"Yessssssss, Sapphie!" Cataleta agreed slash fangirled.
"There is no way you are calling me Sapphie!" Sapphie said. Yup, definitely keeping that nickname.
"Too late now Sapphie!" I teased. I decided that now that I got her mind off it for two seconds, I would answer her questions.  "Now, Sapphie,to answer your questions. You along with me and about two dozen others where born with the ability to unlock part of our brain many other people can not. So, we can do different things with our brains. For example, where telepathic, we can use telekinesis , we can hear other peoples thoughts and sometimes change them. Understand?" I knew she probably wouldn't. I probably just blew her mind.  She surprised me by nodding her head a couple to many times, looking like a four year old that was just offered candy. I continued. "As for Cataleta, all animals can talk to us telepathically. That's it. Dose that answer most of your questions?"
"Yeah, It dose." Sapphie responded. Ha, Sapphie, I'm so good at coming up with nicknames. And with that we arrived at my house.
