I lie in my bed, listening to the beating of machines. The bright light of the hospital still blinding me a little. At the side of my bed sat Ike and my dad. They were watching the NBA All Star Game as I sat in my bed thinking. Apparently, after I fell asleep again, Ike called my dad and explained everything. He was skeptical, but was convinced after a few mind tricks from Ike. As I tried to sit up, pain shot through me and I let out a small yelp. Both boys looked over at me in concern as I faked a smile.

"Hi guys, what's up?" I asked. My dad come and gave me a light hug.

"Were just watching the game, Saph. How are you?" He asked.

"I'm fine, just a little beat up." Ike walked over the foot of the bed. It looked like he wanted to say something, but he was cut off by a nurse.

"Sorry boys, but you have to leave for a few minutes," She said, walking towards us,"We have to get Sapphire here checked out." With that, she pulled out some tools and got to work. After about fiften minutes of examination, the boys were let back in.

"She'll have to stay for about another weak, but she'll recover." the nurse said. She then left, leaving me with the boys, they smiled at me and went back to watching the game. It was going to be a long weak.
