"Wow." I breathed heavily as I wiped off sweat from my face. "That was just..."

"It was what?" Jamie stood upright, brushing my strands of hair with her fingertips. "Don't be so surprised."

"I know. But it was so amazing. I didn't know you had it in you."

"Yeah." Jamie laid back down into her pillow. "It's so hot in here."

"What got into you?"

Jamie shrugged nonchalantly. "I don't know. It just happened."

It was another intense night. It just seemed like everyday we always had lust for each other.

"You're a screamer, though." Jamie smiled elegantly. "And a loud one too."

"So what's that suppose to mean?" I giggled.

"That means I'm doing a good job."

"Don't get cocky."

"I'm not cocky if it's true." Jamie and I quietly laughed before play fighting with our damp pillows.

"I was twitching almost all night." I rested my head on Jamie's flattened stomach. "I don't know how you did it. But you were good."

"Yeah." It was silent for a minute or two before Jamie started speaking again. "You really made my night."

"Me and Nicholas talked." I said, gently touching her belly button ring. "About you."

"You were talking junk?" Jamie said jokingly.

"About the fear of you dying."

Jamie looked down on me. "Why would you think that? What did he say?"

"He asked me what would happen if suddenly you would die. And I didn't want to think about it, but at the same time I know I think about it a lot when you're at work."

Jamie didn't say anything at the moment and continued to brush my hair.

"I wouldn't know what to do if such thing happened to you."

"That is just some crazy talk. Some things Nick asks and says is just insane."

"Babe, it's true though." I stood upright to face her. "You work a lot and it seems like you never take a break."

Jamie laughed shortly and said, "Of course I am. I'm taking a break right now with you. The only stress reliever for me is being with you."

"Same with you." I extended my hand and held hers. "I also mentioned how I moved out of my parents' house just to be with you."

"What did you tell him, exactly?" Jamie looked up into the ceiling before facing me. "How did you feel about it?"

"I felt this sort of freedom. It wasn't because I was now free to do what I want, but because I didn't have to live without you and to live up to my parents expectations. Living up to their standards, marrying some rich guy later in my twenties. I didn't want that, and I still don't want that."

"Your parents really hated me." Jamie shook her head. "I didn't understand why. I never harmed you or anything. They probably heard stuff about me from your so called 'friends'. As a matter of fact, they were the ones who ended up hurting you when you need them the most. That's when I came along closer to you."
