Rafu's POV
I woke up in my den, with my mouth dry as a desert. I got up and ran to the stream at the edge of camp."Vvrooom!"
"Timber!" I watched as a tree fell across the holler, thankfully on the other side, no where near me or my camp. I now was a loner and I couldn't keep a camp for long since I was now a loner. I sighed and walked out of camp.
"Goodbye old life. Hello malnutrition and sickness"I chuckled and kept walking.
"Oh hell naw!" I saw the Alpha Counsel walking towards me. I quickly turned on my heels and ran towards the Hunting Grounds, technically I couldn't because it was part of my old territory, and I don't have a pack anymore, but a loner so who cares. Without thinking of it I crossed the holler and kept running.
"Timber!"
"Ahh!" I watched as a tree fell in front of me, inches from my nose.
"Get away, damn coyote! Go on, Shoo!"
"Bill you're STUPID! Coyotes ain't white, they'd brownish yeller." I noticed how he spoke with a drunken slurr of an accent.
"I'll take care of it! All y'all are dumbI tell you what!" A man grabbed a gun and pointed it towards me. I growled and he goes closer, I growled and he stepped closer to me! "You are such a dumbass you stupid human!" I lunged at his leg as he fired the gun. I heard a wolf whine and heard the rumble of leaves as it fell down the holler. Just my luck! The Alpha Council! I turned around to see the other loggers had run away, probably thinking the Alpha Counsel was my pack, stupid humans. I faced the Alpha Council me to act.
"Oh,my,God! Are you guys okay?" I looked at the bottom of the holler and saw Dawning Light, the head Alpha male was dead. "Shoot!"
