Haven't you people ever heard of closing the goddamn door?

She lays on the bed, sleeping peacefully next to her beloved boyfriend and father of her unborn child. Her left arm resting gently over subject A5's waist as he hugs her safely to his chest, not allowing her to escape, in fear of her leaving him at first chance.

Her eyes flicker open and seconds later so does his, they both smile at each other, just laying there in blissful silence in each others arms, anyone could clearly see the love that the pair have for each other. It was so strong you could tell that nothing can break them apart, not again. This time, they stuck together, because if their love isn't a good enough reason to stay together, the baby will be.

She sits up, stretching her arms above her head, showing off her defined stomach, the one she had spent many hours creating while under WICKED's wing, she lets out a yawn but tries to stifle it, creating an entirely new sound which results in the pair laughing together, both of their laughs harmonising with each others.

They get up and while subject A5 gets dressed and ready, the Divergent, subject C4, dances around in small circles while brushing her hand softly through her recently combed hair. They smile before intertwining their hands and heading off for food. Smiling at everyone they pass, not caring about what anyone could think because in that moment, nothing could destroy their happiness.

UNKNOWN POV (Thought it was time for a change)

I walk through the bright white corridors that was slightly damaging to the eyes, looking for the room I am in everyday, and I still manage to get lost in the process of looking for it each and every day.

Finally, I find it, and I also find no other than chancellor Ava Paige in front of my screen, sitting in my desk chair like she owned it which in reality, she did.

"Good morning, chancellor," I say respectfully.

"Good morning," she says, clearly forgetting my name, although I've been working here since the age of eleven.

"Is there anything I can help you with?" I ask.

"Yes. Move everything forward, I want it starting sooner than originally planned." She says calmly while I am internally freaking out.

"How much sooner, ma'am?"

She looks me in the eye, her gaze not leaving mine once, making me gulp in anticipation for her answer.

"I want you to start it now."

Tris' POV

"What the fuck do you mean there isn't any chicken nuggets?"

"They haven't been brought up for a few weeks, and when you had that group thing with all the nuggets, you used the last of them."

"Something doesn't feel right,"

"What? What do you mean?"

"I can't place it... It's just... Something doesn't feel right."

"THE WALLS AREN'T CLOSING!"

Frypan looks me dead in the eye. "Maybe it's that,"

Everyone abandons their food and runs outside to see what was going on. As promised, the walls were still open, and it was way past due to close.

"What's going to happen if the grievers get in?"

"What are we going to do?"

"It's nice knowing you, buddy,"

"EVERYBODY CALM DOWN." I scream.

I stand in front of a group of both teenage boys and girls as they chat nervously among themselves.

What is going on?

"Everyone. Yes, the doors aren't closing. No, I don't know why. Maybe they haven't heard of closing the goddamn door." I then think back to the conversation between this Shauna and Zeke.

"I don't know, but I hope she has enough. Word in the control room is that Ava is planning on moving everything forward."

"What does that mean?"

"The grievers will no longer steer clear of Tris,"

I don't know what exactly this 'Ava' is moving forward, but if she had control over the grievers, that means that she has control over who comes in and out of the Glade.

She's from WICKED.

"Everyone stay here."

I make my way to the walls and I peer in, as I do, I see a shape of someone at the top of the maze corridor.

"Hey!" I shout at them.

The person turns around but it's too dark to see who it was. Instead of walking towards me, he begins to walk away. I look around but see nobody anywhere, maybe because I told them all to stay put. Knowing it was my only option, I ran after the person.

It didn't take me long to find the person, who from the body figure I'm guessing is a boy, but what was hard was keeping up with him.

"Hey!" I shout again.

This time he doesn't stop to look at me, he just continues to walk around corners, left, right, right, left straight ahead.

That's when I start to be more aware.

It was near enough pitch black, it was freezing cold, I've never been this cold in the months I've been in the glade so this was highly unusual and last but not least, I could hear the awful sounds of the grievers.

They were closing in and I could see the figure in front take off into a sprint. I hold onto my stomach tight and I run after him. We run until we reach a cliff I had ignorantly missed before.

I hear my name being called behind me but I don't stop, I want to know why he's here.

It was then I see that it's someone I know, someone I know very well, and I mean really well.

It was Newt.

"Wake up, Tris,"

I'm confused, what the heck is he talking about? I am awake! Aren't I?

"You don't understand. Wake up."

"If I don't understand why don't you tell me?" I ask.

My name being called becomes louder, the griever noises become louder also, but all I could concentrate was my boyfriend, standing on the edge of a cliff, telling me to wake up.

"I can't tell you, because you don't know yourself,"

"Stop fucking talking like a physiologist and tell me what the hell you are talking about!"

"Tris!"

"Prior!"

"Wake up!" He screams and with that, he jumps over the edge.
