How did you find out about Wattpad?

The site was advertised in an email I received from Lulu.com

What is your favourite subject, you like to write about?

I'll try any subject, and I reckon that I've probably managed to cover a few already! However any subject I do cover will likely fit snugly into the Sci-Fi genre.

What was the last book you read?

Killzone: Ascendancy - Finished it at last! A very enjoyable read based on the game.

Who are your favourite writers on Wattpad?

I have a fair few... @TheOrangutan, @lalawebb, @MoonWindStar, @ga_garcia, @Lunadreamrealm, @JamesDSwinney, @hachebrown, @Niro-TheNovel, @viva_la_vidaxxx, @fauxpunker....

Okay now that's the boring stuff out of the way lets have some fun.

If you could have a theme tune following you about what would it be?

Now this is a question that I've often pondered myself, and I honestly couldn't tell you! There are so many tunes that I can imagine playing whilst I'm going about my everday life... however for epicness alone I'd have to say, Rush - 2112...

If you had three wishes what would you wish for?

My first wish would be to have the ability to travel through time. There are so many historical events that I'd love to witness, most notably Nottingham Forest's back to back European Cup victories. Of course with this ability I'd get to see the future as well, and I dunno' about you but I find the thought of that very exciting indeed!

For my second wish I'd like to discover something. Nothing particularly big or world-changing, but something that'd put my name in the history books!

My third and final wish is for Half-Light to be made into a TV show... a proper British Sci-Fi show!

Have you ever worn sandals with socks?

No... I'll leave that to the Germans!

If you could choose to be attacked by a Great white shark or a Lion what would it be?

Great White... with any luck I'd have already drowned!

You get the opportunity to travel anywhere in time, where would you go?

Randomly I think I've already answered this question above and no, I didn't skip forwards... or did I? Perhaps that wish did come true!

Of course the thing one must remember with Time Travel is that you really shouldn't change anything... I mean we've all seen Back to the Future, right?

Another point in time I'd like to visit lies in the future.... I want to witness mankind's first extrasolar colony!

What is your favourite drink?

Red Bull...

However my favourite alcoholic drink... a nice cool pint of Grolsch.

What is your favourite meal?

Does pizza count as a meal? Pepperoni, sweetcorn, and extra cheese... deep pan!

Have you ever stolen anything? I wont pass it onto the police don't worry.

A packet of football stickers back in the day! Thought I was the biggest rebel out!

Have you ever worn other gender's underwear?

It takes a real man to wear panties... I'm a real man!

What do you like to do in your spare time, other than writing?

I read... I play guitar... On occasion I'll give the Xbox an airing... oh and of course, TV!

If you could travel to any planet in the system which would it be and why?

Make-Make... a dwarf planet out beyond Pluto... I dunno', I just like the name!

Would you climb the highest mountain or dive to the deepest parts of the ocean?

Neither, but if you film it I'll watch the documentary!

How did you come across my profile page?

It was so long ago... probably clicked on your page from one of Gav's stories!

What are you going to do after doing this interview?

I think that after this interview, I'm going to go for a cigarette!

Who is your favourite superhero and why?

Hit-Girl from Kickass... 'cos she's hardcore!

What you working on right now?

Story wise? Half-Light XVI - Shadow Dancer.

Where do you see yourself in ten years time?

On some remote Scottish Island in front of my laptop, a half-smoked roll up in the ashtray, working on Half-Light!

Is there anything you would like to add?

Well I gotta' say this is one of the more interesting interviews that I've been asked to do. Thoroughly enjoyed it mate, some of the questions made me chuckle!
